Grief Prevention
AUTOMATICALLY PREVENTS ALL FORMS OF GRIEF, including build/break, theft, spam, fire, spawn camping, lava dumping, chat trolling, advertising and more, so you don't have to undo any damage after the fact. It even teaches players how to use it so you don't have to! No configuration or database required. Stop responding to grief and prevent it instead. Grief Prevention will solve your grief problems without requiring you to manage a roster of trained administrators, juggle 10 different anti-grief plugins, take away cool standard game features, publish a training manual / tutorial for players, or add explanatory signs to your world. You can also choose to integrate PvP elements into build design to finally get a PvP experience befitting a sandbox game about creative building.
Grief Prevention stops grief before it starts automatically without any effort from administrators, and with very little (self service) effort from players. Solve all your grief problems with a single download, no database, and no configuration step.

Please Vote for Grief Prevention
I've also posted Grief Prevention on the Spigot site, where plugins are ranked based on reviews. If you love GP, please take a couple of minutes to give GP your rating and leave a short review. Better rating and positive reviews will help server owners who look for plugins on the Spigot site make the safe choice (GP) instead of downloading something sketchy or incomplete. :) Thanks so much for all your support!

Alright,@Tux2 it is really important, you may want to double check the this.fillBigHoles(); in RestoreNatureProcessingTask, it is where it creates a huge floor in the sky everytime I delete a claim. As soon as I remove the this.fillBigHoles();, it fixes that bug.
However, it still deletes my fence from my streets even if I deleted playerBlocks.add(Material.FENCE.getId());
Edit :
The one who remove my fences is : this.removeWallsAndTowers();
Please do something, as I could read, it is all assuming stuff and guessing stuffs. You can't make something stable that way. Needs a lot of improvements

Posted Mar 3, 2013I can't keep using this plugin. It gave me hard times all the day. Everytime someone unclaim his plot, it breaks the whole chunk where is plot was. Even with 'AutomaticNatureRestore' disabled it does that.
Wish it worked fine..

So many tickets need to be looked at..

andrewabosh:
In the config, there is a section where you can dictate what worlds are allow to claim land or not. Take your spawn world out of there any add the other world(s) you want claims available or accessible

Why don't you give normal users 0 claim blocks and then add however many claim blocks to the "major" rank and then they can do it themselves?

Ah, I missed the one world part, my apologies. The way the files are set up, you could make a bash script (on a linux server) to only delete the ones in a particular world. I'm not sure of the specifics of it, but I know it's possible. Or a command could be added to the plugin. If I get time I might make an add-on for this to do it, as I already have a few add-ons I want to write.

Posted Mar 1, 2013@Tux2 How can I make it so only admins can give protected land to people, but still let players add plots to sell inside their owned land?
For example, players shouldn't be able to create there own protected land but, when a player gets the "mayor" rank, an admin will give them a town. Once they get their town, they can create smaller plots in their town to sell/rent.

That would be the solution if you were resetting all the worlds, but I'd like to only reset the nether world. Right now it is really hard to do that since the only way is to manually go through all the claim files and delete the ones with nether.

Posted Mar 1, 2013I am having issues where upon rejoining the server, user's purchased claim blocks disappear and the number reverts to default minus however many they placed, thus resulting in negative remaining claim blocks. Any idea how to fix that?
