Prevent username stealing:
AuthMe Reloaded prevents players who aren't logged in from actions like placing blocks, moving, typing commands or seeing the inventory of the current player.
Anti-Spoof:
The possibility to set up name spoof protection kicks players with uncommon long or short player names before they could actually join.
Sessions:
Login Sessions make it possible that you don't have to login within a given time period.
Configurable:
Each command and every setting can be enabled or disabled by a easy structured config file.
Translatable:
If you don't like English or don't like our default translations you can easily edit almost every message sent by the plugin!

Posted Apr 11, 2012how can i config authme, for it to not give me these problems: 1. After joining my server I wait till it kicks me out because I'm to late to enter my password(on purpose), then I join my server again, and after logging in it spawns me in the spawn, but it wouldn't usually, I think the problem is that it saves my last exit location, even when I'm not loged in, and i exit. 2. In my server after joining you appear at the spawn, and you have to login, after logging in you are teleported to your exit location. The thing is some times I appear underground, and that's annoying, because I die. Please explain how to fix these problems, spout is not an option, would be better if changing my config would fix these. Config: http://pastebin.com/36kA8wV4

Sorry, but I can't offer an explanation for it or how to reproduce it. But I get this issue too. Sometimes, players disconnect and when they come back their inventory is gone. AuthMe has thrown errors when this happens, I'll try and find some concrete information for you.
This appears to be random. It's rare that this occurs, but it does occasionally happen.

Posted Apr 10, 2012one more important fact. It happens even with Authme as only plugin without any perms or other plugin. (all default settings) You will lose all commands after such atack or you will lose whole inventory if you are not logged in yet. It has to be related to mechanism that is preventing kick of player that is logged in I think.

Last Authme I was jusing was from January and I did not have this problem. Im using last group manager vault and authme and last RB. It will happen always I dont have to try hard to reproduce it. You know that it happends when /list command stops working suddenly. I will try to find time and upload you whole test server should be 10 MB if you wont manage to reproduce it let me know if you need it.
I was using default settings to make it happend after reading here Iv try to use perms option but it had no effect. Just open 2 minecrafts from yours PC first log in normaly try some commands. next login with other client and same name. (spoofer will get kicked ). Now get back to yours original user and try any commands and you will see you have no perms to do any.

I should plug "oklogger" it shows that the team is introduced as usual "/login password". In the logs there is nothing unusual!
And what kind of censorship of passwords?

Posted Apr 10, 2012There was precedent, hacking accounts, one player broke about 40 accounts with it in the logs was not brute force. As if he knew all the passwords. The passwords of varying complexity. Timeout 30 seconds. Now trying to learn from him how he did it.

All those beta builds you released worked perfect.
Also the bug doesn't stop joins right away, id say after a few hundred joins. Actually one second Im ganna try something, Im pretty sure it has something to do with enforce single session.
I use pex 1.19 and latest rb the join bug happens to me.

but this is a Gm usses? i think that this is all permission plugin usses, or iam wrong? iam with PEX 1.19 and last RB, my tester try it alot but never happen, but we try to a test server on local pc and this happen, iam not sure why and when, and why my server isent affected to this, even if i romove all plugins and let server only with AuthMe and CB.

Might I say all the other versions before 2.6.5 worked fine. And many other plugins for auth for fine.
Oh and btw I use mysql so maybe it only effects servers running it on mysql? (I also am using the xauth db)

Just take talest RB, GM, Vault and Authme and you get this. open 2 MC windows and log in with one user than try login with other MC same user and one that is legit will loose all perms. (in case he is not logged in yet he will lose also inv at next login I can speculate that reason is that plugin saves unauthed player emtpy inventory as if he was logged in durring the quit)
