Downloads
I'm too lazy to upload TARDIS files to Bukkit anymore, as builds are automatically created when the plugin is updated and changes pushed to GitHub.
Version specific downloads can be found here: https://tardis.pages.dev/download
Please make sure you are using the latest Spigot/Paper builds (for the Minecraft version you are running) before installing TARDIS or creating an issue!
What it does
TARDIS is a plugin that gives you the ability to create a Police Box that lets you time travel (teleport) to random locations. It adds a Whovian twist to the typical /sethome and /home commands.
As a player, you can:
- Create a TARDIS that is bigger on the inside.
- Time travel to a random location.
- Time travel back home (where you created the TARDIS initially).
- Save and list interesting time travel locations, so you can return to them easily.
- Take companions with you when you time travel.
- Make your TARDIS blend in with the Chameleon Circuit.
- Use your own schematic to build the TARDIS interior
- Grow new TARDIS rooms
- Use Artron Energy
- Remote control the TARDIS
- Custom TARDIS sounds with companion Resource Pack
- Custom TARDIS textures with companion Resource Pack

What's new?
Installation
As a minimum, just drop the TARDIS.jar, TARDISChunkGenerator.jar (look under Additional Files on the download page) and any optional plugins listed below into the Bukkit plugins folder and start your server. For more detailed instructions see: https://tardis.pages.dev/installation-v5
Optional installs
These are not needed for TARDIS to function, but enhance the plugin with extra features...
- Install the TARDIS-SoundResourcePack in the Minecraft client to hear custom TARDIS sounds
- Install the TARDIS-Resource-Pack to see aal the fancy textures and models (requires TARDIS v4.2 or higher).
- Install the TARDISChunkGenerator plugin so that you can generate TARDISes in their own self-contained world (included on the TARDIS plugin download page under Additional files).
- Install WorldGuard to automatically protect your TARDIS from griefing, and stop mobs spawning in TARDIS worlds.
- Install TARDISWeepingAngels to add some Whovian mobs to the game.
- Install a Permissions plugin, so that you can restrict or grant players the rights to use TARDIS’ different features. We like PermissionsBukkit.

Bugs / Requests
Please post a ticket for TARDIS plugin requests and bugs, thank you :)
WARNING: I am no longer prepared to waste my time looking at incomplete tickets. If your ticket does not follow the guidelines set out below, it will be deleted immediately!
Make sure you have read the FAQs first, as your question may already be answered there. Also make sure you have searched for a previous ticket with the same/similar issue (use the Filters to search closed tickets).
If you are going to create a BUG ticket you need to supply relevant information (as I'm not a mind reader, nor do I have access to your server...) - as a minimum you need:
- Exact CraftBukkit version i.e. NOT 'the latest' - use the
/tardis versioncommand if possible, otherwise copy from server log - Exact TARDIS version i.e. NOT 'the latest' - use the
/tardis versioncommand if possible, otherwise copy from server log - The server log showing the entire error (as a paste or at Pastebin - NOT a screenshot) - this should be the log from when the server starts up right through to when the error occurs
- If no error in the log, then a video of the bug happening or the EXACT steps needed to reproduce the issue.
- Attach your plugins/TARDIS/config.yml file or other configuration file if relevant
- Attach your plugins/TARDIS/TARDIS.db file if relevant
- List of other plugins on server
Stats
Basic statistics are collected for some versions of the TARDIS plugin (v2.5.8 and earlier). You can opt out at any time by setting opt-out: true in plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml
External web access
Version 2.8 (and higher) of this plugin includes a translation feature (the /tardissay command) that connects to the Lingva translation service.
You can prevent players from using the command by removing / not giving them the permission tardis.translate

Posted May 5, 2014idea involving the /tardisprefs sonic thing. CRAFTABLE THINGS!!! in the config you can turn it on and off, and you craft all except 11s and 10s models, which are automatically in! would this work? an example of this is: craft with red dye, gold and redstone for the Sarah-Jane Smith Model, which you put in the GUI and it changes the sonic models in the GUI to include the Sonic Lipstick.

I didnt even think about the sound only one.
The two charged creeepers didn't spawn there. I watched one of them run from one section of the TARDIS to that spot. Thats when I saw the other one. I have a new idea for a TARDIS (thanks to Wonko) so when I delete this TARDIS the creeper issue will also be deleted

What are the chances of two charged creepers spawning in almost the same spot? Are you sure that the Artron Creeper spawn location is set correctly?
TARDIS_MCP is a resource pack for textures only, I would combine it with the TARDIS sound only resource pack for best results: http://minecraft.curseforge.com/texture-packs/tardis-tp/files/7-tardis-sounds-only-resource-pack-0-2-zip/

Posted May 5, 2014Here is a question.
Do I need both the resource pack and the TARDIS-MCP zip, or can the MCP zip do both?
I am going to check on the creeper pad now. If i remember correctly I put a tardisworld in over another tardis world. That is probably why the creepers are spawning in the air lol

There must be something wrong with your WorldGuard and/or Multiverse spawn settings. We've made so many changes to those recently it's hard to know which one is the problem. Have a look here:
http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/tardis/tickets/656-animal-spawneggs-and-the-farm-room/
If none of that stuff helps, then post your specific world's regions.yml and config.yml from WorldGuard, and your worlds.yml from Multiverse-Core to that ticket and I'll have a looksie.
Edit
Sorry, I just noticed that they are Charged Creepers. Any chance they're your Artron Creeper spawning at the wrong place and/or falling down through where they're supposed to be?

so you are saying the way I have mine in the image, the portal should be working fine.?
Edit.
OK next time i see toggle, i should think toggle switch lmao. I added a lever, updated it and now everything is working great.
For the creeper issue I am thinking of just redoing my TARDIS anyway, But no, that's my two level vault.

Posted May 5, 2014One reason you may want to keep your toggle lever/button: Once in a while we see the Doctor flip a switch on his console that automatically closes the door. I've discovered the toggle lever can act as a handy dandy "close the door! The Daleks are coming!" switch. Just make sure to press it twice to put the wool back.

Thank you :) It's hard to capture the entire scene in one screenshot; I have a lot more asteroids and such orbiting the lava planet.
So that empty space behind your door is where the toggle should be placing/removing the black wool blocks. With the wool removed, the portals do not activate. If you do not have a little scene like I do behind your door, then place two blocks directly behind the door and get rid of your toggle button/lever because you don't need it. Next time you open your door the portal will activate properly.
Creepers: Is that a stable or a farm? If so, delete the stable and farm regions in your TARDIS world's WorldGuard config file and reload worldguard. There was a problem and TARDIS now handles everything by itself to solve that.

ok I am pretty impressed. I never thought about seeting anything up out side the TARDIS in the TARDIS world. That is pretty cool.
Ok as far as the toggle. As of right now, I open door with the sonic, run through door and get a concussion by whacking the back wall. (if i had your setup, Id be falling into the sun) I do not teleport outside the TARDIS in the over world.
Anywho, I am going to post a link of what mine looks like currently and let you guide me how I can set it to avoid my doom.
