This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.
Any chance you could create a function to directly modify world guard regions so that I can, for example, set one 500x500 plot and it takes that and divides it in to several 50x50 plots for sale with generated fences, mirror the original flags, and whatnot?
I am almost finished with the Lite version of this plugin.
It will not require an economy plugin. And has none of the features related to it.
It's basically for servers that only need the feature "reserve free regions for new people".
You requested it. I'm not sure if you're still interested. But it was a good request :D
And it will enable me to keep adding features to this regular version of the plugin.

Hmm, no I don't think so. Because I don't do anything with parents.
Could you try the following: type
/selfservice count <your name>and see if it says 1 region.I still think you are owner of only 1 region.

Yes, I am using the latest version. Could it be that those 48 regions have only 1 region as a parent?
I have Spawn_Town as the parent and then the child regions st_p_PLOTNUMBER

I made it so that nobody can sell their last region. This has nothing to do with permissions.
Make a second region. And you will see that you can sell the one you're trying to sell.
