Orebfuscator
Orebfuscator - Anti X-RAY:

This plugin is used to counter X-RAY Client mods.
It modifies data that are sent to clients to hide blocks of your choice, such as Ore, chests, dungeons, etc.
It does not manipulate blocks in the world file, thus is safe to use.
ProximityHider is a feature that hides chests that are far from players.
As of 4.3.3, Proximity Hider has been enhanced to use line-of-sight checks, not just proximity! Upgrade today.

DOWNLOAD
Please read compatibility information before downloading as not all releases work with all versions of CraftBukkit.
Latest version should be on BukkitDev, or as a release on the Github page: https://github.com/lishid/Orebfuscator/releases
Please also download ProtocolLib and install it in the plugins folder.
- Is compatible only with version 4.0.0 or newer.
- For 1.9.4 support, you must use build 277 or newer of Protocollib 4.0
- For 1.10 support, you must use build 293 or newer of Protocollib 4.0
- For 1.11 support, please use latest stable builds of ProtocolLib for 1.11.

Features
- Advanced algorithm that hides ore, chest and and anything you specify in the configuration
- Spout compatible, but optional
- No modifications to CraftBukkit.jar is needed
- Customize the blocks you want to hide

Usage
Install:
- Copy "orebfuscator-4.4.3.jar" to your plugins folder
- If you're upgrading from Orebfuscator.jar, move the contents of the "Orebfuscator3" folder to the "Orebfuscator4" folder
- Restart your server.

Metrics
- This plugin utilizes Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that anonymous information of your OS and setup will be collected and sent to mcstats.org

I'm not sure, Orebfuscator has not gone under any changes in terms of processing the packets, but the internal structure changed a lot. But, if you use NoLagg, then Orebfuscator has practically no changes, and most of the changes is probably just in NoLagg.

NoLagg latest build should work for Orebfuscator. not all versions of NoLagg will work with Orebfuscator.

Edit: i disabled that threading option or w/e in nolagg and it fixed it, was confused because nolagg says it still supports orebfuscator

If you are trying to use the latest version of Orebfuscator with 1.2.5 it will not work. You need to use an older version that was compiled for 1.2.5. Check here: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/orebfuscator/files/

I usually clearcache once at every Orebfuscator upgrade just to be safe, but the numbers are far higher than they used to be even on a fresh cache. Completely uncached I used to see maybe 10% busy as the only player on the server after teleporting to a new area. I'm wondering if it's something on the NoLagg side, but Bergerkiller referred me to you. :)
Again I haven't noticed any performance issues (though I haven't upgraded my production server yet, these tests are with one player online), it's just the huge jump in packet compression numbers that has me concerned.
Heck, I'm not even completely sure how Noagg calculates that number. Would 190% busy mean that it's taking nearly twice as long as needed to compress packets to maintain 20 tps, or that 1.9 cores are saturated with compression tasks? Guess that's a question for BK.

With just one player, the newest dev version of Nolagg (using /nolagg monitor) is reporting packet compression numbers that spike to over 190% while flying around or teleporting with Orebfuscator running, when it was around 3-5% a few versions ago. I have 6 of 8 cores devoted to compression, same as before. I haven't noticed any performance issues, but thought I'd mention it. Any reason to be concerned?

Try running the server without half of the plugins, if ram is ok then something in the disabled half is causing problems, otherwise it's the enabled half. Repeat process until you isolate the plugin. (try leaving orebfuscator alone in the server first to see if that's causing memory usage.)
