Hey xTheLoneNinja! Currently there is no simple way. I think I add this next update. You can try to delete tickets manually: 1. Shut down your Server - 2. Go to tickets.mexdb - 3. Delete all entries where you can find "closed:true" - 4. Restart your server and the lines you deleted are away. Thank you for your comment and like I said, a delete feature will be added soon.
Greetings from Germany, ChillUp.

Hi! The correct permission-node is est.ticketlist.. It seems like I forgot to change this one to esupportticket.ticketlist! Thank you for your hint!

Thank you so much for being active and replying. I'd like to ask if you'd like some edits doing for your plugin? I am fairly good with Photoshop. Have a great day.

Posted Jan 9, 2014I don't like to see plugins with bad grammar. When you have a command that is too short typed in it says "command to short" and not command too short".
Just a little change you might want to make :)
Amazingly good plugin though,

good plugin i have a few suggestions, when a ticket is assigned to you, that when a player does ./mytickets, they can see who the ticket they submitted was assigned to. also when it is closed there should be an option to leave a comment so that when a player does ./mytickets it will also see the comment that was added when the ticket was closed so they can see the resolution to it. I think that ./mytickets should show the status of the tickets such as, unread, then assigned then closed. Finally when a new ticket is submitted players with the right permissions should be notified of the new ticket when they join the game and vice versa when a ticket is closed by the assignee, the player that submitted the ticket will get a message when joining stating the closing comment or resolution about there ticket as i mentioned above.
:) hope this can help
