How do I use CrackShot weapons with other plugins? (kits, arenas, shops, classes etc.)

Default weapons
For those who are curious about what CrackShot is capable of achieving, but squealed like a little girl upon viewing the complete list of modules, you're in luck. The plugin comes with 18 default weapons, so you can jump right into the action! ... a very small taste of the action.

Known issues
Minecraft visual bug: Projectiles that are launched at high velocities (>40) may follow a warped flight path. Generally, they will appear to either curve to the left or to the right. Do not be fooled though, as the projectiles will always be spot-on despite what you see!
Minecraft 1.9 bug: Players may hurt themselves if they shoot at an entity that is too close to them. Affects servers between 1.9 and 1.16.
Spigot 1.15 bug: Entities cannot be hit by multiple projectiles at the same time. Affects servers between 1.15 and 1.16.4.

Use a Kit Plugin and then either use the Enchantment_To_Check node or the Skip_Name_Check node in order for CrackShot to work together with the kit plugin.

you know when you have a hot bar key selected like 1-9 in slot 1 there is wood in slot 2 there is nothing When it runs /cs give [user] python if slot 1 is selected he does not get the weapon if slot 2 is selected he does get the weapon
so any help?

That would be a particle effect associated with the projectile, investigate the particles node.

Just use a plugin like PVP Arena or BattleArena or War. Pretty much any plugin that supports creation of custom classes with items support this plugin.

Posted Oct 23, 2013For some reason the newer added sounds (have been on the List of Accepted Sounds since 1.6.2 version) like HORSE_ZOMBIE_DEATH, SKELETON_ZOMBIE_DEATH, FIREWORK, etc, etc, are not working/playing when they should activate. Im on v0.96.6.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I just need a raygun/lasergun so me and my friends can play. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0OMib2RVa0 It's not the texture pack because I saw people use it when I went on the server and people still were shooting the red beam.

Posted Oct 22, 2013GREAT PLUGIN, love it for my server, but I was thinking about a few things that would improve the plugin to make it even more useful. First, a dedicated version for hub servers, so instead of doing /shot [command] you would do /[command]. The other thing I would suggest is a game system, so people don't have to implement it into other plugins. For example, you could create different arenas, make different spawns for the arenas, create game lobbies, make class signs (you define the classes in the config, like Heavy or Pyro), and other things like that. I have started coding a plugin with all these things that I am calling CrackShot Suite for my server, (I won't make it public without your permission) and I was wondering if you wanted to integrate it into Crackshot? Please PM me if you do.

Fully automatic duel wield weapons are already possible. To add textures simply make a resource pack. If you do not know what a resource pack is... google.
