uSkyBlock
This DevBukkit page is being updated again with current releases and links to the maintained uSkyBlock project. We had lost access to the DevBukkit project page for some time, but have now regained it and are bringing it back up to date.
uSkyBlock is an open-source Skyblock plugin for Paper and Spigot.
Start on a small floating island, build it into something thriving, complete challenges, and team up with other players to push your island further.

Why uSkyBlock

Like I said, it has to do with the Multiverse.
When asked for the versions I'm expecting that you check the versions (when /usb version doesn't work) and give me the right details. Clearly you haven't done that.
Your log indicates that you still use version 2.4 from Multiverse.
The installation page does say Multiverse versions above 2.5.
In general:
These kind of issue's are so easy to avoid if server maintainers just read the pages to install a plugin. It's wasting time.

The output from /usb version gives a lot more info then just what you posted, make a screen shot of it or post a full startup log would be better.
In your log I can see it's a Multiverse issue but due to the way you give the info it's still hard to tell what goes wrong. A startup log will be the best for me.

I have no clue why it doesn't work on your server.
I re-tested it again and again but when I have a "strength" potion I can't complete a challenge that needs a "weakness" potion. It just tells me that I miss 1 potion.
I still have the issue that it doesn't tell me what potion, but that is something else to be looking at for us (for a later release).

I have 1.10.2 server. And indeed you can complete them now. put you can complete them all. If u have a potion of weakness you can complete a potion of strength. It doesn't see it as different potion. So with one potion of weakness I can complete 5 challenges which al need a different potion. Here is a screenshot, I only have a potion of weakness. and I am in survival mode.
https://gyazo.com/89650fa64eede35c35efc01286414520 Soo uskyblock sees no difference between - '373{Potion:"minecraft:weakness"}:1' or - '373{Potion:"minecraft:strength"}:1' or - '373{Potion:"minecraft:invisibility "}:1'
You can complete them all with just one potion

It doesn't work, now you can complete them without even having the potion.
