Survival Games
Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements
Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.
- WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
- MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.
Conflicts
- Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
- Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
- WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

- /sg setlobbywall was changed to /sg addwall <arena> in versions 0.5.0 and above!
New Permissions:
If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:
- sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
- sg.arena.join
- sg.player.vote
- sg.lobby.join
Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

Hm but it's possible if you use Logblock for it. Another survivalgames Plugin is resetting the World after each game via Logblock. Could you patch it in maybe :x ? Many Serverowners (and me too) would be VERY thankful :)

Traps don't reset since they are activated by redstone, and the plugin only resets blocks

Posted Dec 30, 2012Hi! There is an issue about the Plugin. We use Survivalgames4 (Map) on our Server and Survival Games B 0.4.11 . When a game is finisched, the Traps DO NOT reset :/ We have to disable the arena after each game to repear traps manually. Could you pls insert a Logblock detection to reset the Survivalgamesmap with Logblock?

First, could you send me a file of all messages send to the player by this game? I would like to translate it. It would be very nice, if you could install it then :) Second, there is a bug, when you want to spectate an arena, where is no game running, SG tells you that and it tells you, that you spectate now. The second message should be removed. It is the same problem, if you want to join a disabled arena.

This happened to me, to fix it set stats to true but set use sql to false, it seems that is that is the only way to get stats to work, thing is it stores block roll backing in your memory which kinda sucks and uses up a lot of ram.

I have the same problem like PlanetcraftBR. I installed "Survival Games B 0.4.11" on my server and connected it succesfully to the MySQL-Database. There also is a table, named "sg_blocks". On my webserver, I installed the Webstats from "Survival Games B 0.4.10", because in Version "B 0.4.11" weren't any Webstats included. It seems that the webserver has a connection to the database. What is to do now?

You could disable that feature in the config, if it was the lightning the plugin generated if not make sure your arena has a roof

I allways like a time for when something happends.
So my wish is for you to add a simpel timestamp for when the game starts (or ends) to the gamestats table (in sql).
This enhancement would be great :D

when the players left to the server...during a hunger games....are eliminated from the game..but..join in the arena with their inventory ..! how can I fix this problem?

Posted Dec 29, 2012Hi, I have a slight problem with using MySQL with the plugin, stats work with the plugin perfectly but if I enable MySQL for block roll backing after a game finishes the plugin just says finishing 100%, the players get teleported to the lobby then nothing happens and no one can join a new game, nor does anything get logged on the stats.
I would appreciate any help on offer, thanks.

Posted Dec 29, 2012HELP! On my server I have been having problems lately. My lobbywall seems to not be working correctly and when people die they spawn where they died. People can't seem to break blocks as they used to (not sure if this one is just because they can't break the leaves in the config or not). Pleaaseee see to it if you can fix these glitches because this plugin is one of the many plugins I want for my server.
