SimpleTickets

SimpleTickets is a easy ingame ticket system that should help to manage any amount of support needing players.
Features
- Creating tickets
Players easily can create tickets with a single command. Supporters will get informed instantly so the can respond quickly!
- Managing tickets
Supporters can read tickets, teleport to the player who wrote the ticket and delete tickets through a single command. There is no easier way to do this =)
- Simple Permissions
There are only two permissions. One assigns the right to create tickets, the other will give you the right to read and manage tickets. It's that simple.
I've added a version control, so you will be noticed if a new version is available!
Install
As usual, simply add the Xcys_SimpleTickets_v[...].jar to your plugin folder and start your server. SimpleTickets will create all files necessary.
I've shorted the following topics, since I update this plugin way to often.
Commands
Permissions

Posted Aug 24, 2013Hi, is there a place where I can get the source code? The plugin seems simple, which is how I learn programming: example code.

Hey... I'm having this exact issue.
I'm an Op and I have access to the commands.
When I give the permissions to my mods... whether it's support.support.* or support.* or individual nodes, none of them work.
I use MCMA for my permission settings and run the latest recommended bukkit.

Well, the main permission "support.support.*" is set to "op" by default. This may cause the detailed permissions "support.support.read", ".delete" and ".info" to be overwritten. I recommend you to try to give your mods the "support.support.*" permission and additionally disable the port command with setting "support.support.port" to false. This works fine for me =)
If this won't fix your issue, tell me x)

Posted Jan 24, 2013First off, this plugin has saved me a lot of headaches. Telling the users to submit a ticket instead of spamming me every time I log on has been wonderful! Thank you! however, I've encountered an issue: my moderators cannot access the ticket functions, even though I've given them the permissions.
- support.support.read - support.support.delete - support.support.info
It works fine for Admins, but no one else. Any idea why? I'm using pEX. Thanks! :)

Done =) Hope the file will be approved soon! (v0.3.0) You may have a look at the permission description before..
Update: 0.3.0 has been rejected and I had to fix a little issue. Reupped it. Hope everything is fine this time..

Posted Jan 19, 2013Could you make a permission node that allows you to disable the teleportation to the player who made the ticket? I want to give my staff the permission to read the ticket and help by messaging the player, but not teleport to him.

I will check the code immediately and see what I could do
Update: I could not reproduce your error. What bukkit core do you use? What config you use?
Update 2: I fixed some issues with the config I had for quite a while and uploaded a new version. Please tell me, if this also solves your problem!
You may have to wait a while since the file needs to be approved by bukkit.org. Or pm me if it's badly needed..

Posted Jan 18, 2013A little bug I am seeing, I have tried multiple times to change the quickdelete option in the config file to false, but every time the server starts up again it changes back to true.
Please help me.

"port" means "teleport" =) So if you type "/ticket [id] port" you will be teleported to the ticket creator.
