Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.

ReportRTS stands for Report - Realtime Ticket System, it is designed to be a easy to use and feature rich support system.

- Supports multi-server setups using BungeeCord.
- Uses MySQL, this allows you to easily display information from the database.
- "Caches" open tickets to reduce access time.

Metrics
To determine popularity of versions, features, and lingering usage, plugin installs are automatically tracked by the Metrics plugin tracking system and forwarded to mcstats.org for analysis. Basic server information (Version, player count used) is tracked. If you don't want to help or are paranoid, edit plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml and set opt-out to true.
UUIDFetcher
Does not collect data at all. Simply used to retrieve a player's UUID from Mojang's API if he does not have one in the database prior to ReportRTS version 1.2.0.
Version checking
By default ReportRTS checks dev.bukkit.org for ReportRTS updates, you can disable this by setting versionCheck to false in the configuration.

All the more motivation to continue work on this project. During it's two years of existence I have received a total of $270 and promises that never saw the light of day.
Say if I have spent a total of 500 (this is an example number, in reality it is much higher and just keeps increasing) hours working on this project. I third this idea too!
We have a [Helper] rank who aren't really staff but just help out with the tickets. It would be great for the lowest rank, the helpers have all of the tickets, and when they find tickets that they dont have the power to answer themselves, they can /elevate or /esculate the ticket so that the next higher rank so someone with enough power can answer it (moderator).
Its amazing how you dont realise that your missing a feature, untill someone mentions it then you realise you Really need that feature ^_^

I completely agree. Being able to have a ticket "tree" and pass tickets up the ranks where needed would really help.
Expanding from that though, what about having it so that you can have more than just mod and admin?
You could have it so you say in the config:
Admin Groups In List Of Priority:
-Jr. Mod
-Mod
-Supervisor
-Owner
Then give the permission node "reportrts.group.jrmod" to the Jr. Mods etc. Hope this can be looked into!

What about the ability to assign tickets to certain groups etc? E.g. when a new ticket is created it should be 'assigned' to my moderators, and they can view it using /check. But if it needs admin attention instead, a moderator can escalate it to needing admin attention. The admin shouldn't be able to view tickets assigned to moderators using /check (but rather /check all?), and the moderator shouldn't see tickets assigned to admins.
Sorry if I didn't explain that well. But I would like a way for my moderators to escalate tickets to needing admin attention. Possibly just color the ticket number red or something if it requires an admin (instead of what I suggested above).

There will never be a full comment system. It was never intended, and never will be.
Using a private messaging system is the best way of communicating with the user in question.

Posted Jun 7, 2012May I congratulate you on a great plugin but still, offer a suggestion from someone who uses this on a day to day basis.
Could you make it so that we can do something like /comment [id] [message] then the user can reply by doing the same? Then the admin can, as normal, close it with /close [message]? Maybe make it so that when you do /check [any id that is closed] you see what you see now, with the closing comment and then you can do /details [id] to get the full conversation that goes on. Maybe also make it so that you can delete tickets completely?
Our mods currently use the /whisper to communicate about the issue but it becomes an issue when we need to review the ticket. Thanks a lot again for the great plugin and I can't wait to hear back from you!!

Modbroadcast does not show anything in console by default. If you really need it, you can turn on debug mode in the config.

I have no plans regarding localization yet. People reading this page will have to stick to English because I change things so often that I would have to contact the people who translated it for me all the time. That would be time consuming.
In regards to the plugin, you can already change the messages yourself. I have no plans adding more languages because of what I mentioned above. I change stuff too much, and I don't want to be delayed by translators in my releases.

The plugin is able to store Chinese characters, however you will need a mod to be able to display the characters in-game.

We use MOD to suport Chinese characters in multi game(both server and client).
Any solution?
