Quester

Quester is highly customizable plugin handling all kinds of quests. From simple "gather to get reward" quests, to complicated forked story-telling quests. What is even better, everything is customizable on-the-fly directly in game ! No more restarting/reloading your server every time to change something. Localizable messages, plenty of different, highly-customizable objectives, conditions, events and flags. NPC and sign support. All this together creates almost unlimited possibilities.

It will, most probably, in the future.

I have had multiple event occasions on my todo list for a very long time, but I want to do it well.

Alrighty sir. Again, i have to thank you for how fast you respond to questions! Makes life much easier here. Was scratching my head if i could some how make a self completing objective with objcom and multiple preqs. I figured that wouldn't work. So i suppose my only option is to start a new quest that depends on the first. :/ Oh well, i'll make due.

Posted Apr 29, 2013Now, what about an AND type option? I would like to fire an event when multiple objectives are completed.

There is OBJCOM event. The event will complete specified objective without triggering its own events, so you can have player choose which one he wants.
Objective 1 - completes objectives 2 and 3 and gives player money
Objective 2 - completes objectives 1 and 3 and gives player item
Objective 3 - completes objectives 1 and 2 and gives player experience
Objective 4 - requires objectives 1-3 to be completed. continues with the quest
In this scenario, player can choose his reward. it can be item, money or experience, but always only one of them.

Posted Apr 27, 2013Is there any sort of OR option for objectives? I would like to set multiple locations where if a player gets to any one of them it will complete that objective and trigger the event.
- EDIT -
I suppose some magic with objcom is needed here :/

There is, I'm pretty sure it will appear at some point, but it does not have a high priority at the moment.

For this use the QUESTNOT flag, you can see how to use it on documentation.
