What Can It Do?
- Broadcasts multiple messages in a continuous loop
- Multiple engines can run at the same time
- Easy configuration / installation (See the INFO.txt)
- Customize how many messages broadcast on each execution :D
- Customize the interval and/or delay for each broadcasting engine
- Customize the type of interval and/or delay for each Engine Mode (Ex: MILLISECONDS, SECONDS, MINUTES, HOURS)
- Has no errors and is compatible with 99% of Bukkit revisions
How To Install Broadcaster?
It's really simple! All you need to do is put the Broadcaster.jar into your server plug-ins folder; Reload or restart your server, then configure the config.yml. And you're set to go! NOTE READ THE "INFO.txt" in the FILES folder! (it will tell you how to configure it)

Posted Aug 22, 2013At the beginning my server broadcast good, but the second time, in my server log it appears that:
"23.08 01:12:24 [Server] WARNING NOTE: TO STOP THIS ERROR FROM OCCURRING, EITHER REPLACE ALL NULL LINES WITH SPACES OR DELETE THEM!
23.08 01:12:24 [Server] WARNING LINE 1 OF FILE "/messages1.txt" IS NULL!"
But text files do not have null lines.
And on the game no broadcast when this error appears.

I corrected the error with extern text editor. The error appears weh i use SSH and nano editor.

To show your messages that you want to broadcast, simply type them into the desired messages.txt file, save it then use the command to enable the broadcasting engine you chose. EX: If you want to use the 1 line broadcasting engine, type in a line into the messages1.txt file (The line size doesn't matter) save it then enable it by using: /bctoggle on 1
NOTE: you can have as many lines as you want in the messages.txt files (The number in the file name means how many lines are broadcasted on each execution)

You write your messages in the messages.txt files; depending on which broadcasting engine you use. EX: if you're using the 4 line broadcaster, use the messages4.txt file to add them, same thing with 3 2 and 1.
As for the saving, when you make a change to the file be sure to do /bcreload, if that doesn't work, then just use /save-all (It's best to make the changes while the server is offline)

1 ) Where do i write the broadcasts that will be made?
2 ) When ever i start/reload my server all my editing inn the config gets set back to default.
Please help me!

Posted May 12, 2013Hey Prag I have some questions about the plugin. When i type a 4 line message into engines 1-3 it wont show all 4 lines that i originally typed in. Engine # 4 works just fine with the 4 line message but the others don't. Please get back to me on that thank you!

Posted Mar 17, 2013Working on a new version which should be much more customizable and added the "&3" color code support, and possibly messages1.txt - messages10.txt files. This version still has lots of bugs and won't be uploaded until it's completely bug free.

i think he means he wants a set of 3-4 lines as a block message to show at once.
like

By multi-line broadcasts, meaning how do you use two engines at once? if so I'm working on that, as of now it doesn't work properly. If that's not what you meant please explain it to me, and I'll try to get back to you ASAP.
