PortableTent
With PortableTent you can now place a tent anywere you go. Just keep the tent in your inventory, and when you need it, just place it! Then a tent will be build, for you to stay in, and survive your night!

Installation & Usage
- Installation
- Download the plugin.
- Place it on your plugins folder
- Open or Restart your server.

- Get the tent by using the command, or by crafting it
- Place the tent on an flat surface
- Survive the night! <3

Did you got any errors? Does it say You can't place a tent here? If it gives you that error, it means the place you are trying to place the tent isn't flat. You must find a flat place to place it :)

That CraftingTable is the way to get rid of the tents:P Just Shift Right Click, and the tent will disapear, and come back to your inventory :)

Just use the command /portabletent wand , select the region(The same way that you do on worldedit with the wand). Then type /portabletent save <TentName>. This will save the tent and you can give the item, named as
<<Ship>>with the description that you want, and possibly a crafting recipe that you need!:)Kind regards

Hello there,
Thanks for letting me know of your ideas. Generaly to pickup a tent you have to Shift(Sneak) and then while sneaking right click. I will possibly add a configuration to chose how to pickup a tent as soon as possible. About the protection, I will create somethings to prevent destroying a tent. I will try first of all to make a protection for the crafting table which i forgot, and someone may destroy it and the whole system is bugged! I will upload that version, and then i will continue with some protection generaly for the tent, Economy sings to buy some and also limitations for how many tents a user can have:)

I like the way the plugin is set up. Can you make a version of this for ships? They wouldn't need to move or anything, as that could be accomplished with other plugins. There would also be no need to pick up the ships.
One last suggestion: it's hard to change the tent design so you should make a schematic folder to put schematics in to and possibly make it possible to add a different crafting recipe for other tents.

I would be more than happy to implement it on my server, but I can imagine, that soon enough my server would be full of random tents all over the place. I know it would be probably hard to code, but is there any chance, you could make it so player can put out his tent and then take it back leaving the ground as it was before? Maybe tents should be indestructible if not returned to inventory? The default tent had the crafting table in the corner. When I first saw it, I thought that when I punch it, the tent will come back to my inventory... Maybe it could use some support from worldedit to save the world part and worldguard to protect it? I'm no coder, so I don't know if it's doable... Thanks for your consideration anyway ;].
