Orebfuscator
Orebfuscator - Anti X-RAY:
For all releases of 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x: Version 4.4.3
Now with support for CraftBukkit 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x!
This plugin is used to counter X-RAY Client mods.
It modifies data that are sent to clients to hide blocks of your choice, such as Ore, chests, dungeons, etc.
It does not manipulate blocks in the world file, thus is safe to use.
ProximityHider is a feature that hides chests that are far from players.
As of 4.3.3, Proximity Hider has been enhanced to use line-of-sight checks, not just proximity! Upgrade today.

they're two different types of cache. Spout caches the worlds while Orebfuscator caches the obfuscated world.
@badda2k
/ofc clearcache should fix that, although I don't know why it's occuring. I will investigate.

Posted Feb 5, 2012I keep getting errors about the plugin getting incorrect cache information, then I notice some of my chunks are duplicated in other chunks. For example, part of a chunk from spawn got "copied and pasted" and placed in a chunk in a faction in my server.

print-screen and show the effects. Also check server log, more specifically, if you can, copy the loading log to pastebin and put the link here...
@bobeeb
Can you give more info? versions of stuff, do you use spout, etc?
@noxturno
It's made so it shows a bunch of information useful for debugging in the server log.

It should not. When players touch a block, all the blocks around that block is revealed to them, so that they should never see fake ore when they mine, unless their internet is so slow that they break the block before a block-update is sent to them (in which case the internet would be so slow that you would have to wait for like 5 seconds for each chunk to load), which is usually not a problem for most servers that are not hosted at someone's residence...
Read the link in FAQ, there are pictures in the post that shows the difference between Engine 1 and 2

Posted Feb 5, 2012hi, how does this affect normal players that are mining ores ? I mean will they see some random ores when they mine and lag ? Litle more detailed explanation of engines might help to give us picture about impacts like that.

lol? it caused lag? what, are you on a pentium CPU?
Make sure you are not OP, then after you login, do a printscreen with EngineMode 2 with your x-ray client.
@aciidic
Yeah... There was a problem and you need to shut down the server to modify the config (or /ofc reload) I'll get on fixing that for future version.
@_Greylocke_
You're welcome
@Gnintendo
First, please pastebin this kind of long error. Then, you should try updating NoLagg as it complains about async chunk loads. But, I don't think it interferes with anything, it just show a log in the console

Posted Feb 4, 2012I'm still able to see ores with this config:
http://pastie.org/3317762
And I get this when a user logs on:
http://pastie.org/3317751
Server on startup (up to Orebfuscator):
http://pastie.org/3317795
I've rebooted several times, and still nothing. I did have the engine set to 2 (and it worked) but it caused too much lag so I changed it to 1, then cleared the cache. Now, nothing, I can see the real ores.
Also, what exactly does the "Threads" option do?
