Orebfuscator
Orebfuscator - Anti X-RAY:
For all releases of 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x: Version 4.4.3
Now with support for CraftBukkit 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x!
This plugin is used to counter X-RAY Client mods.
It modifies data that are sent to clients to hide blocks of your choice, such as Ore, chests, dungeons, etc.
It does not manipulate blocks in the world file, thus is safe to use.
ProximityHider is a feature that hides chests that are far from players.
As of 4.3.3, Proximity Hider has been enhanced to use line-of-sight checks, not just proximity! Upgrade today.

Posted Jan 21, 2012@lishid just a heads-up: you're 'cache' is heavily failing. You are allocating caches, ok, but instead of directly using it, you are using this to write to your cache:
(Obfuscate(ChunkInfo) function) The = new byte[] thing renders having caches useless: it will just allocate new data anyway. Instead, write the modifiable byte array to the cache stream. There is no need to copy the data, since the stream can do that for you.
I see this happening multiple times...every time you obfuscator you: - generate a new byte array of 80 kb in memory - generate 30 kb of 'cache' data if this doesn't exist yet (?) - generate a new tree hashset (full of data?!) You should really change your coding style, because this will really cause memory waste. You need ONE treeset and ONE byte array where you load the chunk packet in, you obfuscate this data, and set the result in the packet. Don't create temporary byte arrays during obfuscation.
EDIT
Worse. You are really using your caches in a horrible fashion... Why put cloned data in the caches? This isn't needed at all...please avoid using System.arraycopy.

Then latest bukkit is broke. Look at someone else having the same problem here: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/38385
Downgrade a few versions.
@Puremin0rez
You can remove fence and lava from TransparentBlocks and add it to ObfuscatedBlocks, then set initialRadius to 0, but that will change it to stone, even when someone go next to them.
@domingo15
You can ignore that, it's just a statistics error.

You're using the wrong version of orebfuscator! Look in the forum post, there's a MC 1.1 version (CB 1.1-R1 Version:http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18947504/Orebfuscator/1.3.1-test4-fix/Orebfuscator.jar)

Posted Jan 19, 2012We're running this over at sacredlabyrinth.net and it's working pretty well with 30-50 ppl on constantly.
I'm really curious if this'll scale properly up to more users.
Also, I'm storing the cache in a ramdrive.

/ofc clearcache would solve your problems.
@Puremin0rez
That's spout 680 + CB 1772's fault. Upgrade to latest versions of both would make sure the problem doesn't happen again.
@keitarosky
Lol, spout broke again??

Posted Jan 19, 2012Hi,
Yesterday I was doing some tests and the plugin seems to be broken when is running with the latest spout 1.1 (dev) version. I've removed temporarily the spout plugin and the OFC runned very well.
Thank you for this plugin!

Posted Jan 19, 2012I forgot to ask this earlier but recently spout had a dev update that started creating giant holes near my Spawn and now I'm kind of paranoid with plugins that touch chunks.
Does this plugin have the ability to do something like this if something went wrong?
