Orebfuscator
Orebfuscator - Anti X-RAY:

This plugin is used to counter X-RAY Client mods.
It modifies data that are sent to clients to hide blocks of your choice, such as Ore, chests, dungeons, etc.
It does not manipulate blocks in the world file, thus is safe to use.
ProximityHider is a feature that hides chests that are far from players.
As of 4.3.3, Proximity Hider has been enhanced to use line-of-sight checks, not just proximity! Upgrade today.

DOWNLOAD
Please read compatibility information before downloading as not all releases work with all versions of CraftBukkit.
Latest version should be on BukkitDev, or as a release on the Github page: https://github.com/lishid/Orebfuscator/releases
Please also download ProtocolLib and install it in the plugins folder.
- Is compatible only with version 4.0.0 or newer.
- For 1.9.4 support, you must use build 277 or newer of Protocollib 4.0
- For 1.10 support, you must use build 293 or newer of Protocollib 4.0
- For 1.11 support, please use latest stable builds of ProtocolLib for 1.11.
- For 1.12 support, please use ProtocolLib 4.3.0 or newer.

Features
- Advanced algorithm that hides ore, chest and and anything you specify in the configuration
- Spout compatible, but optional
- No modifications to CraftBukkit.jar is needed
- Customize the blocks you want to hide

Usage
Install:
- Copy "orebfuscator-4.4.3.jar" to your plugins folder
- If you're upgrading from Orebfuscator.jar, move the contents of the "Orebfuscator3" folder to the "Orebfuscator4" folder
- Restart your server.

Metrics
- This plugin utilizes Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that anonymous information of your OS and setup will be collected and sent to mcstats.org

I'm not sure that the problems are caused by Orebfuscator yet, as some other plugins are causing problems (NoCheatPlus i heard), so might wait a while before looking into problems like this.
Also, orebfuscator shouldn't be causing this from a technical perspective.

errors on the latest dev build of bukkit and orebfuscator 1.5.14.
Shows up on console as "disconnect.endOfStream"
A little annoying, but it's rare enough that it's not a major issue.

Search for Chunkster. You'll need to pass your world through it.

It can't hide all ore since some are exposed to the caves and the surface, which means that you won't see ores in this game at all if you hid all of them. What you wanna do is change InitialRadius to 0 if you wanted to hide all ores, or simply switch to Engine Mode 2.

That worked, but on engine mode 1, I can see coal ore, iron ore, and redstone ore. And i checked the list of hidden blocks, and those blocks are on there

I mean what would happen if I changed this to 100? If I changed it to 0? If I left it alone? What does changing the number do? Is there a percent chance that a chest isn't displayed if you are using an x-ray texture pack or freecam? Doesn't ProximityHider already prevent players far away from seeing chests?
