Orebfuscator
Orebfuscator - Anti X-RAY:
For all releases of 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x: Version 4.4.3
Now with support for CraftBukkit 1.9/1.9.1/1.9.2/1.9.4/1.10/1.11/1.12.x/1.13.x!
This plugin is used to counter X-RAY Client mods.
It modifies data that are sent to clients to hide blocks of your choice, such as Ore, chests, dungeons, etc.
It does not manipulate blocks in the world file, thus is safe to use.
ProximityHider is a feature that hides chests that are far from players.
As of 4.3.3, Proximity Hider has been enhanced to use line-of-sight checks, not just proximity! Upgrade today.

Have you any idea why the network load increased dramatically from 1.2.5 to 1.3.1 builds?
And I found an bug in 1.5.10 the proximity hider is not working for emerald ore.

Posted Aug 11, 2012OreObfusicator always crashes my game (It shows the ore even though I don't xray). Must be because I use a custom texturepack that replaces the block textures to alien-planet-like ones. I can't help it. My game crashes when I try to switch texturepacks, too
PS: You probably read the thing in brackets wrong, so I changed it

Posted Aug 10, 2012Am using this config with 1.5.10 on AMD FX2 8-Core 16gb allocated to bukkit. Seems to be runnnig just fine, pretty lagless. 40Mb download 5Mb Upload. Also make sure you delete your Orebfuscator Cache folder from the server root file directory. Let it regenerate a new one. Been running last 10 hours without a crash. For processing threads lishid says its best to use 1 less than the amount of cpu cores of the machine you're running on.

I was testing 1.5.9 and it seemed that after 4+ hours server would lag horribly. Like everyone would not be able to connect, kinda of like DDoS.
At least 1.5.9 kinda fixed the time when server crashes lol.. before it was every 1hr :D

Posted Aug 10, 2012Found Diamonds came in handy for tracking down x-rayers while I had orebfuscator disabled. But I highly recommend this plugin. What are your system specs you will be running this on? FYI mc is fullllll of X-Rayers. I wouldn't run my server without this plugin.
also @lishid 1.5.10 is working flawlessly!

Posted Aug 10, 2012I'm debating on using this versus "FoundDiamonds" I'm just afraid it will tend to lag more server more. Can someone give me some tricks of the trade or any advice/opinion on using either/or?
