MW is working flawless. World names are case sensitive, /mv remove EXample will only remove world EXample but not World eXample.

Posted Dec 6, 2013The copy I built using the 1.7 api has some sort of problem. Causes my cpu usage to go to 100%. I think this is a bukkit problem, I've seen it with one other plugin built against 1.7. Just letting people know.

Posted Dec 5, 2013The current build doesn't let you create an amplified world. I think you could import one. It might not work correctly since amplified was added in 1.7 though. MV would have to be built with the 1.7 api in order to support amplified.

Posted Dec 5, 2013I am not giving the copy I built out to anybody. I haven't even tested it yet and I don't have the time to support others. Also it seems like someone is working on updating it? 3.0?
MV works fine for me in 1.7.2, if you are having problems maybe you should look at your other plugins. Right now I run a server with very limited plugins. People should be sharing their problems by posting them. Crash logs, server log, and server info.
Building the plugin with 1.7 doesn't mean it fixes anything. I mainly did it to learn how to setup Jenkins and create projects in it for my own stuff. It literally took me about an hour to set everything up and get my first build. It isn't hard just go check out jenkins it has good documentation. I only had to edit pom.xml to point to the 1.7 api and it built on the first try.

Posted Dec 5, 2013Multiverse is causing all kinds of havoc on my server right now. I'd love it if somebody could atleast address some of the issues that it's having like throwing errors when you try to use most of the commands.

Well done boobert. I think multiverse needs a renovation of the developer tema. And also, can you share your updated build please?

Posted Dec 5, 2013I set up the project and compiled it against 1.7 last night. Also think I have added support for amplified. Going to test it tonight. I don't have time to maintain the project but it isn't that hard if someone is interested in getting started. It is a large project maybe people are just scared and don't want to take it over.

Posted Dec 5, 2013I've just contact a Multiverse developer via email and he told me that the team isn't working in Multiveser because they are on many other projects, so that they don't have time for Bukkit plugins. In other words, they aren't carrying the project...

Why blame MV because of your 'java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded'? I think the error message should be obvious to a server admin, right?
Anyway, as for the update to 1.7.2: Actually MV worked pretty well for many bukkit version updates. So it wasn't really necessary to update it yet. We're running it on multiple servers without any known issues. Bukkit's current 1.7.2 build is a pre unstable beta alpha release, so it's hard to blame any plugin not working properly yet. Just sit down, drink some tea and relax.
And if finally thinks don't work out, this plugin really needs an update and the authors won't fix it (I can't imagine): it's open source. Someone (me included) may look into it and fix the problems.
