Posted Dec 24, 2013@Darunia18: I have the same Problem as you with this io.netty Error. I tested my Server 10 times without MV and with and it always crashed my Server with the Plugin. I tested 4 more Multiworld Support Plugins and the Server Crashes too, so maybe there is something with the new Codes of Minecraft in conflict with those Plugins...?

Posted Dec 23, 2013Just an update to some of my problems. The last few weeks, no one could join the server because of a ReadTimeoutException error only when I had Multiverse enabled. I have actually found out that it was not Multiverse, but I think its compatibility with some other plugins. The plugins I found I had the most trouble with were NoLagg, NoCheatPlus, DynMap, MineBackup, and possibly Orebfuscator. I hope this can help someone else who is having some trouble with their servers :)

Posted Dec 23, 2013hi, thanks for this great plugin
I've read on the web it was working with Bukkit 1.7.2, but that new biomes are not supported in this case.
Is that true ? maybe I should use a dev built to enable new biomes ?
many thanks for the details,
kind regards,
Matt

Posted Dec 22, 2013I have also tried reinstalling the plugin. No signs of any other outcomes. _____________
Problem resolved. I simply had to edit the config in-game. Thanks for the help anyway.

Posted Dec 22, 2013Hello, I've recently downloaded your plugin and noticed that there is a prefix stating which world the player is in. I wanted to remove this so I presumed I could in the config file. I found "prefixchat" and assumed that if I set that to false it would remove the prefix. However, every time I /reload or restart my server, the config file resets and nothing is changed. Is there any way to save the changes? (I click save when I exit out of Notepad, rofl)

Posted Dec 22, 2013Hello, I am running the craftbukkit-1.7.2-R0.2-2970.jar with the latest version of MultiVerse. When my server loads, it is missing most of my worlds. If I log on and /mv reload, they are all loaded properly and the portals start working. Is there something new I missed?

Posted Dec 21, 2013I'm using the latest Devbuilds of Multiverse Core, Portals and Nether Portal.Running CraftBukkit 1.7.2-R0.2 (Build #02970).
Using PermissionsEx also the latest they got. In the permissions i set:
- -multiverse.access.world_the_end
With 2 - to negate it. It worked like a charm for the past year or more, ut now it's getting ignored, and groups who should not have access to it have access. I have multiple worlds and some have restrictions to rank/groups. But those are getting ignored now. Please advise!

Ah I see, but won't this allow them to portal back, creating portals in the main world spawn?

Posted Dec 19, 2013I am not sure if anyone knows the answer to this or knows of any way to fix it, but my server is semi-usable whenever I have Multiverse disabled, but once I enable it, no one is able to connect and there is a strange error with it that has to do with netty stuff. The exact error is "error io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException". Does anyone know how to fix this at all? Because my server needs Multiverse really badly!
