Warning - Zombie digging is destructive, if you turn it on and configure it, please backup your worlds.
Plugin has been thoroughly tested as working properly, if you have trouble please report it so I can make it work for a wider range of setups!
PLEASE USE CRAFTBUKKIT 1.11 (R1) for version 19.6. Only Spigot supports this build. No other builds will work with this version.

Config
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/config/
(Is partially updated)
You will need to reference craftbukkit enums for drops and block attacking to work, failure to use valid enums could potentially break your plugin. You can find them here:
https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/bukkit/org/bukkit/Material.html
You may want to play with Spawn Points, you can find the info here:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/spawn-points/
If you wish to develop your own plugin with my health API, check this page:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/health-api/
For Nightmare Mode, check here:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/nightmare-mode/
Need multiple configs?
- Note: This is outdated and may not work.
How to set up multiple installations, for different custom difficulties on multiple worlds:
- Copy the MA jar and rename it.
- Rename the plugin inside plugin.yml of the second copy (within the jar), and remove the commands section.
- Disable registering the /MA command in the second copy's config.
- Double check that you have no world names overlapping between the two configs, and that your bonus and naturalistic spawns are restricted to the right worlds.
You now have two separate installations.

Posted Apr 12, 2012Browsing through the comments, I've noticed that other people have been having the same problem as me in regards to my issue with the drops...monsters don't seem to drop them, and I keep getting an error in my console, regardless of the format of the drop (enum, ID number, whatever)!
Do I need another plugin to handle the drops, or can I rely on this one to work?
Am I doing something wrong? I've enabled drops, made sure the format is correct...if you need a copy of my configuration file, I'd be more than happy to hand it out.

You need to enable spawnpoints to use the command. It's only used for those.
@Perfk
No.
@ace1177
Iron golems are not supported as they are too complex to adjust.

Posted Apr 11, 2012So I have zombies and all where they can't attack walls but zombies are still breaking doors on my server. Anyone know how to stop this? Or if by some small chance it was added to official MC in the newest update.

Posted Apr 11, 2012Spawn Points - Set up virtual spawners if this is setup with a worldguard region, can it then check if there is other monsters of the same type in the region. if there is not any, it needs to spawn a new monster.
can this be done?

You could potentially make hostiles attack anything, possibly mega-aggro onto other mobs. That's outside the scope of this plugin though.
@scottjl
Yes.
@Consnafarath
Double check your configs and world setting. You may have left out the world name, or perhaps left the change hp flag off.

I got pigzombie tunneling to work.. my server is in a state of panic right now :)
I have another question, though I doubt its possibility; is there a way to make passive mobs attack, or to make certain mobs attack others? Like, pigs attacking sheep, zombies attacking cows, etc. I was hoping for a bizzare mob factions server.. chicken mounted zombies, anyone? I know this isn't something that is standard with your mod, but I was curious if it is even possible. It seems if any mod could do it, it would be this one.

It doesn't work on Skeletons, Zombies, or Endermen. It worked on Skeletons and Zombies before 1.2. Bonus spawns form a ring of new mobs around players on a timer/settings you put.
@Piginabag
Enable PigZombies attacking walls?: true
It will follow the zombie settings, and still requires them to be attacking a player. They can be made fully hostile through MA as well.
There is no plan for giant support, but you should be able to make giant spawnpoints. I haven't played with it, but you might be able to replace a natural spawn with them as well.
@scottjl
Only one config is used, you can however change the worlds types of spawns occur in. It's a long config, but most of the options are self-explanatory. Usually you will want to start with an idea, and find ways to implement it in the config.

Posted Apr 9, 2012looks interesting, but i'm completely confused by the config.yml file's format. is it possible to have different settings for each world? i can't find where a block begins and ends and the example config page seems to be out-of-date compared to what the .jar generated. thanks!

Read around, the mega-aggro thing was mostly broken due to the new AI changes. And in order to apply the mod to the nether, you must add this under "-world":
-world -world_nether
I have a question about pigzombie block breaking- how do I do it? They don't have a line for breakable blocks like zombies do. I tried copying that line out of zombies and putting it into pigzombies spot but it didn't work.
And another question - are giants supported by this plugin? As in, can I have giants spawn a naturally?

Posted Apr 8, 2012love the mod. but..
spiders (at least for me) are the only mob type that aggro from long distances. also the nether does not work with this mod. lastly, could you explain bonus spawns?

Posted Apr 8, 2012Thanks for making this plugin man it's fantastic. I seem to be having a problem with the mega-aggro feature though. I enabled it in the config and tested the range on multiple distances but it doesn't seem to change from vanilla at all.
In the event that it was my mistake (most likely), here's a link to my Config.
Thanks for any help with my issue.

They need to be attacking you and have blocks in the way. 1.2 broke this for the most part, but you can still get perfect functionality from pigzombies breaking blocks.

Posted Apr 8, 2012I know that the problem is most likely mine, but I am having a hell of a time getting this to work. What I want to do is just enable zombies to break block and leave everything else vanilla. I copied off of your "Official Zombie Land Config" just the block list to test it but they just sit and look at me or walk around and do nothing. So I must have something messed up.
Heres my Config
I did also try and add bonus zombies not that I did that right either lol. Thanks for your time and I'd also like to say I love this mod! Moreso when I can get it to work. Oh and yes my world name is 'world' and I used notepadplusplus and the formatting is correct just to get those 2 things out of the way lol.
