Welcome to the ultimate monster hell. I have brought together everything anyone everyone could ever want to do with monsters into one completely hellbent plugin. Use at your own risk.
Warning - Zombie digging is destructive, if you turn it on and configure it, please backup your worlds.
Plugin has been thoroughly tested as working properly, if you have trouble please report it so I can make it work for a wider range of setups!
PLEASE USE CRAFTBUKKIT 1.11 (R1) for version 19.6. Only Spigot supports this build. No other builds will work with this version.

Config
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/config/
(Is partially updated)
You will need to reference craftbukkit enums for drops and block attacking to work, failure to use valid enums could potentially break your plugin. You can find them here:
https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/bukkit/org/bukkit/Material.html
You may want to play with Spawn Points, you can find the info here:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/spawn-points/
If you wish to develop your own plugin with my health API, check this page:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/health-api/
For Nightmare Mode, check here:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/nightmare-mode/
Need multiple configs?
- Note: This is outdated and may not work.
How to set up multiple installations, for different custom difficulties on multiple worlds:
- Copy the MA jar and rename it.
- Rename the plugin inside plugin.yml of the second copy (within the jar), and remove the commands section.
- Disable registering the /MA command in the second copy's config.
- Double check that you have no world names overlapping between the two configs, and that your bonus and naturalistic spawns are restricted to the right worlds.
You now have two separate installations.

Posted Jun 14, 2012I just wanted to confirm that these 2 line in the config.yml file were meant to be like this as they are different from the rest of the other lines.
Line 16: 'Bonus spawn world name:': -it seems like it has an extra colon and 2 extra apostrophes in it.
Line 36: Enable zombies piling up corpses when they can't reach players or attack a block sooner?: -here i'm curious if the apostrophe in "can't" is not effecting the line.
I ask because i'm used to yml files and i know extra things like apostrophes, or extra spaces can mess things up.

You will need to change the name in the plugin.yml within the jar (I assume you renamed the jar as well).

Worldguard is pretty antiquated at this point, so no surprise there. Make sure you enabled worldguard checks.
As to mega-aggro, you can set individual sprint speeds for Zombies, Skeletons, and Creepers.
@RadShad
Install multiple copies of the plugin and change the jar name as well as the name in the plugin.yml. If you're doing something simpler, you could just set single-world spawn bonuses and have bonus spawns on one world, naturalistic spawns on one.

Posted Jun 12, 2012I know there is multiworld support but can you have different settings for each world? That would be cool.

No, however you can change the world list in the config and then reload for instant mid-play activation.

I haven't been able to find anything about a command that would "activate" all the apocalyptic settings. Is that a thing that would be possible to implement in the next version? I'm hoping to combine it with Autorun Commands for a Pandora's Button sort of deal.

Posted Jun 12, 2012Just to let people know (incase anyone else gets the issue), I was having issues where Monster Apocalypse was disabling all commands, plus it wasn't doing anything. The culprit was essentials. Replaced it with AdminCMD and everything works fine.
Would also like to say how amazingly fantastic this plugin is, and I'm glad it got updated! =D

Make sure you're using R4.0, using another version will cause problems. Also make sure you set your global flags.

Posted Jun 12, 2012blainicus- NO features work now. Originally I was able to get at least no burning zombies working, but now they burn no matter work, all monsters spawn (even when turned off) and, of course, block breaking doesn't work :S
I know the plugin is technically functioning as eternal night DID turn on properly.
EDIT: Also, getting something weird wherein compass's are acting like ender pearls (i.e. they teleport you); could this be the plugin as well?
