What is MassiveCore?

MassiveCore is a Bukkit plugin that contains components the MassiveCraft developers use for developing other Bukkit plugins:

ItemStack and Inventory serialization
Commands
Plugin Integration
Data storage with JSON
Disc IO
… and much more …

Install

Stop your server.
Put MassiveCore.jar in your plugins folder.
Start your server again.

Plugins Using MassiveCore

Internet Connections

MassiveCore sends anonymous usage statistics to bstats.org when your server starts and downloads the latest sponsor configuration file from massivecraft.com hourly. You can disable these internet connections by setting "metricsEnabled" and "sponsorEnabled" to false at the very bottom of the main configuration file.

Hi, Im having trouble with Multiverse world alias not appearing in the in-game chat but they do appear in the console. Im posting this here because when I disable mcore everything works fine beaning mcore is conflicting with multiverse.

P.S Im using chatEX for chat manager but that is not the problem.

Hi! Does mcore support mysql as backend?

And if so, how can I enable it?

I try to use this "mysql://username:password@hostname:3306/databasename" as dburi, but mcore just throw an exception on server start.

There is a Mac version of Java available on the oracle website. It does the same thing as Java for Windows but is made to run on Mac OSX.

This is a tutorial on how to update MCore to 1.7.9 yourself. Therefore it definitely won't be a virus/hacked version because you made it. If you don't want to do all that you can also simply just get the completed jar in the description.

Where is the jenkins build, I will check it out, I cannot find any build at all and on their github, there is no change in the last month, or well it it does say there is a change for 1.7.8, but you cannot download it, yet.

I need a Java 6 version. I am hosting on a mac and those only support Java 6. It is a pain and I cannot run factions with out this.

My options only include 800megabit/sec protection on our dual 2 gigabit as far as DDOS... it's getting better by the minute. fireall at IPTables !! ;p; firewall ? never heard of it. Is it outdated/new ?? Mcore, please halp us... you said 2 weeks a little while ago... I see no Jenkins buils ha ha and no developmentals - and no betas and no alphas - just please ;) nvm
