What is MassiveCore?
MassiveCore is a Bukkit plugin that contains components the MassiveCraft developers use for developing other Bukkit plugins:
- ItemStack and Inventory serialization
- Commands
- Plugin Integration
- Data storage with JSON
- Disc IO
- … and much more …
Install
- Stop your server.
- Put MassiveCore.jar in your plugins folder.
- Start your server again.
Plugins Using MassiveCore
Internet Connections
MassiveCore sends anonymous usage statistics to bstats.org when your server starts and downloads the latest sponsor configuration file from massivecraft.com hourly. You can disable these internet connections by setting "metricsEnabled" and "sponsorEnabled" to false at the very bottom of the main configuration file.

Posted Jul 17, 2013It will not load on my server. I have the newest CraftBukkit for 1.6.2. Here is the message:
20:05:29 [SEVERE] Could not load 'plugins\mcore.jar' in folder 'plugins'
org.bukkit.plugin.InvalidPluginException java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError
: com/massivecraft/mcore/MCore : Unsupported major.minor version 51.0
I do have the latest JAVA by the way...
EDIT: If i run just the jar by double clicking it the folders are formed and it presumably works. Here is what I have for the .bat file to open my server, because I guess that is where the problem is.

path=%PATH%;%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Java\jre7\bin
java -Xms512M -Xmx1G -jar craftbukkit.jar

Same I cannot change the 10 seconds faction tp delay, any fix? Thank you. Also Factions is under moderation, virus possibly? secret cheats in Factions we should know about?

That's probably FactionsPlus. Use the FactionsPlus dev build on GitHub. If you're not using FactionsPlus, then it's probably not related to MCore/Factions/FactionsPlus. Hope that helps.

Your MCore is Build for v1_6_R2 (according to the errors), so it's try to reference code for that specific version (org.bukkit.craftbukkit.v1_6_R2, etc). Your Bukkit Version does match that version, apparently! What version of MCore are you using, and what version of Bukkit are you using?

Posted Jul 13, 2013This plugin causes me to have "Recieved string length longer than maximum allowed ( 18>16) everytime it's enabled. Is there a fix for this? Using the 6.5
EDIT: One player's name was 16 characters and it crashed mcore. I had to delete his name from factions_uplayer@default for this to work. This is a big bug. I just want to clarify that it was only one player with 16 characters. Not every player with 16 characters. Very, very odd.
