What is MassiveCore?
MassiveCore is a Bukkit plugin that contains components the MassiveCraft developers use for developing other Bukkit plugins:
- ItemStack and Inventory serialization
- Commands
- Plugin Integration
- Data storage with JSON
- Disc IO
- … and much more …
Install
- Stop your server.
- Put MassiveCore.jar in your plugins folder.
- Start your server again.
Plugins Using MassiveCore
Internet Connections
MassiveCore sends anonymous usage statistics to bstats.org when your server starts and downloads the latest sponsor configuration file from massivecraft.com hourly. You can disable these internet connections by setting "metricsEnabled" and "sponsorEnabled" to false at the very bottom of the main configuration file.

Posted Jul 11, 2013seriously how have you still not updated this for 1.6.2?
if you make all of your plugins you dev dependent on this one how can you possibly still not have it updated by now?
Can you make the source code open so players and devs that care about it can update it?

Posted Jul 11, 2013You have six developers! Make the update, this plugin and the ever so important Factions plugin will not run on 1.6.2 servers until it's updated. Come On! This isn't a major update!

Your not using the right version of mcore for your craftbukkit.jar, It needs to be updated for 1.6.2. Please check that before posting that.... And use the ticket system next time.

Posted Jul 10, 2013mcore breaks virtually every minor update to bukkit and the developers were(are?) extremely slow to update. One time it took over a month after a recommended built of bukkit was released before mcore was updated. This is why I dropped vampires from one of my servers. Now that it's a Factions dependency I think it's time to start looking for alternative land management plugins.

You will always get the mcore protocollib warning. It's only a warning, I've never actually had any problems resulting from running protocolLib and mcore simultaneously.
