Components:

MChat - The core of the plugin, provides all the necessary functions expected of a chat formatting plugin, plus some more!
MChannels - Introduces the feature to create different chat channels that users may join
MSocial - Adds additional social features such as conversations and custom formatted pms, shouting/yelling, and custom /say formatting.
MAdvanced - Adds extra functionality such as an AFK Kicker, /who player lookups, and /online player lists.

MChat is now heavily dependent on Vault for interacting with other plugins, please remember to always use the latest released version, to prevent any issues.

mChatSuite is mChat + pmChat + mChatEssentials combined. So no, you dont need any other jar than mChatSuite.jar :)

Does mchat come with mChatEssentials and pmChat because in the config if i enable mChatEssentials it works but i'm not sure if i still need the plugin separately

Hi

mChat cant find normal permissions, so it use permission.yml

What can i do to fix this?

@MiracleM4n Tab list coloring isn't working because of that : https://github.com/MiracleM4n/mChatSuite/blob/master/src/main/java/in/mDev/MiracleM4n/mChatSuite/mChatAPI.java#L268

There's a replaceAll there and below removing all colors... any idea why ?

Hey,

Four questions -

1) Is mChannel going to be packaged with the suite? If not (or if so) could you please add it to devbukkit? Also, is it possible to set a default channel for a user based on their permission group? Is it possible to autojoin a channel based on permission group at all?

2) I am getting the following errors with mchatsuite : http://pastie.org/3022003 I had to disable afk entirely in mchate. I removed essentialschat, but do you believe essentials might be conflicting somehow?

3) I spoke to you on irc 2 weeks ago to ask if the plugin Jobs could be supported. I noticed you offered external prefixes now, but am unsure how to find the prefix Jobs uses. Any advice?

4) Is it possible you add a shortcut to /mchannel? /join <channel> or /cj <channel> or /cjoin <channel> /mc join <channel> /<channel> <message> or /mc - /c - <message>

These types of shortcuts would help a server appear more legit.

I have to say... thank you for all of your efforts. I look forward to trying to make your excellent plugins run smoothly on my server. I do hope for them to become a permanent addition. If I posted the questions in the wrong section, I apologize.

Ouch, just realized there is no :

tell or reply commands and that you advertising with private messages and afk lists. Could you remove that and add the commands please?

I pushed a fix for this. I will be thoroughly testing everything before I push a release to here.

Use another Permissions plugin Permissions no longer works with a lot of plugins.

No Permissions plugins were found defaulting to permissions.yml/info.yml.+

But I Using Permissions :-(

When using the "/invite" feature it tells the invited player to type "/pmchat accept", which is no longer working, as it has been replaced with "/accept".

And I can't get /me to work, but well.

I like your chat plugin! I'm just a tad sad that it's giving me so much trouble in the last few days :(

This is working great now (newest build on Jenkins) But the renaming the worlds doesn't work?

No, that didn't work. What worked was to put 999999, then the essentials auto-afk got in action... hopefully you will find the bug for the movement after afk! Thanks.

latest release bukkit #1597 with mchatsuite #15 throws out this error on load and mchat doesnt work

edit: on user reload - it shows prefixes and works...only on server start, and /reload it gives those errors

@brewno2k Anything that is less than 0 will disable them. Also I will check on the AFK settings.
