MagicalSpells is a plugin that allows users to craft wands from materials and cast the spells available to that wand. It is fully configurable and people can create their own custom wands and spells. This video will show you the basics:

Description
MagicalSpells is a plugin that allows the users to cast magic and craft wands whenever they want. It lets them collect the correct materials for a specific wand, craft the wand and then cast spells using that wand. It can be configured to disable magic in worldguard zones, undo the explosions and damage to the environment, change the cost, cooldown, size and range of each spell and even create your own spells and wands.

Reporting Bugs
Post the bug here In it include the error (if there is an error), your config.yml (if edited) and settings.yml(if edited), what you were doing at the time (what command,spell,wand...), what version you're using, and if possible what other plugins you have (optional).

Posted Jun 10, 2012What about using spout? You could craft wands withought commands. The wands could be things other than axes and shovels. You could also include a book for the recipes. There is so much potential in it!

@zacura8998 Ok ive added that in the 1.2, just read the settings and itll make sense, you may also have to redo your permissions as well because now magicalspells.craft.<name> lets you craft the wand and magicalspells.use.<name> lets you use the wand. I you verify it works and test it for bugs ill add you as a Tester

Posted Jun 9, 2012Could you possibly make it so spells can only be used in defined worlds? I want to only allow it in my PVP world.
I also noticed I'm on the MagicalSpells server list! :D AWW YEAA!

Just able to craft one, right now, I'm using simplyperms, (almost like permissionsbukkit) and as you could see, the permissions for this aren't working :/

Wait, i spoke to hellishfreeze on the server. Is it you want to make the wand achievable in quests so you want a permission to allow them to craft a wand and a separate one to allow them to use a wand.

Posted Jun 6, 2012Thanks to all the comments guys :D I n the next update there will be more spells, and the plugin will also be compatilbe with towny, factions...(so you cant cast spells in the enemies base)
@zacura8998 Im trying to fix that but it looks like there is no easy way, if you want toi block the explosions though either disable that spell or download another plugin that can block explosions. But ill keep trying to fix it
