Yep, in the config there should be this:

useworldlist: false
Worlds:
     - world
     - world_nether
     - world_the_end

change the useworldlist to true and then edit the list of worlds to the names of the worlds you want magic to be used in.

Ill try to add them, but i do have a long list so it might now appaer for a few days. I have 75 spells added already and a total of 120 spell possible :D

Nice, im using it as a breaker because if i use it as a banner it gets offset about 4 lines down due to the logo being stuck permanently in the corner :/

I don't know when i will release it, ive now added faction support and fixed+improved the code for spells, so it wont lag servers now, also added options on wands to override the cost and cooldown (admin stuff). And ive started adding more spells from snaikez.

The spell encases them in stone/glass and the only way to get out is to mine it. If you want it to disappear after a set amount of time i can add that.

Ok, ive added the ability to use xp to cast spells, set the costitemid to "xp" Ive added the extra item data values, so if you want the ingredients for a wand to contain things like colored wool you can do 35:4 Ive also added the ability to use multiple handlers/spells for a spell. So if i want a spell ti do the spell Crater and Explosions i do "Handler: Explosion,Crater" and it will do both. Im now working on the new spells from snaikez and thinking about how to add the new spells to the remaining wands.

@snaikez I thought you meant make the light values of everything 0 instead fight, it is possible with that, and should be easy to make with the new combination spells.

Plague is awesome i think, unfortunately ritual and wrath are impossible without client side mods :(
