unsit - Details, Permissions and Usage
/unsit takes on e parameter - a player name or UUID. When called, it unsits the player from any vehicle they currently reside in.
A user needs to be granted kittyslilhelpers.unsit in order to use this command. By default, this is set to OP No permission checks are performed when the command is executed by a command block.
Maybe a little example clarifies things:
The command block has the command /unsit @p, so anyone riding along the track will fire the detector rail, activate the command block - and automatically leave the minecart.
