KittysLilHelpers

Overview

KittysLilHelpers (Or KLH when I'm too lazy to type the whole thing) is a set of (mostly) commands that contains some things I felt were missing, or only doable with too much hassle. As of now, it four general purposes (too quite a varying degree though), but the plugin is very likely to be extended in many ways.

Unsit

Quite often when building minecart tracks I came across situations I *really* want the user to leave the minecart at specific locations, and thought it was really sad no command existed to do that. To keep it simple: Here it is. Using KLHs /unsit command in a command Block does the trick. (Further details here)

Command Blocks

Another bummer - I really LOVE using them, but without having them in my creative inv or being able to craft them.. *sigh*' So I've included a custom recipe to craft them and some commands to work with them even when not in creative mode. Setting the command, setting or getting the name, and even (well, to some extent...) mining them comes all in KLHs /cmdblock. (Further details here)

Chest sorting

I really lie having my storage rooms organised - Who doesn't? - but I always feel it's a bit of a pain to manually walk from chest to chest, filling them with stuff looted from caves or mines or whatever, repeating the "tour de store" about a gazillion times until everything is safely stored in the chest it belongs to. Of course one could go Hoppers and Droppers, but they are slow and not overly effective. This is why KLH also contain three commands devoted to sorting the contents of one chest into a whole bunch of others - /chestsort, /sortsource and /sortdest are your friends. (Further details here

Labyrinth/Maze creation

Finally, to spice it up (and keep me busy over the next weeks since it's far from being complete...) - How about mazes, created automatically, randomly or by predefined patterns? Maybe even inside of automatically created Mazes? I regret most of that is not possible *yet*, but I'm working on it. For your entertainment (and a reminder to myself...), a calorie-reduced light version that created an almost classic cretan labyrinth is included: /createmaze. (Further details here)

Further details are included in the respective commands' pages - and no worries, it all sounds more complicated than it really is.

Future plannings

Other than completing /createmaze, I'm looking forward to your comments about possible improvements and enhancements - well, and... I suspect also bug reports. Since KittysLilHelpers does not follow a specific "theme", almost anything that is at least arbitrarily useful is basically acceptable. I'm also not too convinced about this "all rights reserved"-thingy I currently set, looking into a less restrictive licensing. Again: suggestions are highly welcome.
