Informations
IslandWorld is simple plugin which can replace old inactive project SkyBlock Co-Op. My plugin is highly customizable and configurable.
You can run classic version 'skyblock like', after simple change you can make islands on sea or even lava world.

Auto-updater
This plugin has a built-in auto-updater, which connects to BukkitDev to check for updates. If you, for some reason, wish to disable this process, you can do so by setting 'version-check' to false in plugin configuration file.

Posted Dec 8, 2013I am currently moving to Bukkit 1.7. When adding the 2.3 of IslandWorld CommandBook and CraftBook won't load any more. [Server thread/ERROR]: Could not load 'plugins/CommandBook.jar' in folder 'plugins' org.bukkit.plugin.InvalidPluginException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sk89q/minecraft/util/commands/CommandPermissionsException
The problem is that in your plugin.yml the following is set: depend: [WorldEdit] loadbefore: [WorldEdit]
This looks weird since you should not depend on something which is not present at execution time. Removing the loadbefore let's the server start healthy with craftbook and commandbook running all fine.

probably you are, since i test it now, and everyting is fine. players visiting island cannot open chests. only island owner, members, op characters, or players with islandworld.bypass.island permission.

I'm not stupid man... ;p I am not the one who tested it at first, all my players were reporting it. My skyblock server is down atm due to this issue.

[Server thread/ERROR]: Could not pass event PlayerInteractEvent to IslandWorld v2.3 org.bukkit.event.EventException
spams like crazy and ends with a out of memory crash, full error log: Your text to link here...

Posted Dec 6, 2013Ok never mind after reading through a few different pages other than RTFMI figured out why you thought tthat answer, I suppose that works mildly, however the scope of the dungeon creations I've been planning would not be safe to place in the server via world edit, Overly large/complex and world edit generally has crash worthy issues with nodded blocks, so either way I'd rather build these by hand, meh whatever I will just test out my theories and let you know how it works, I'm a way off still, anyways great plugin again

I don'twant to generate these areas when islands generate but I will build new ones as the server expands myself with new challenges, My question is can I prevent Island generation in areas by maybe using WG to predefine an area that the plugin will not interact with, other than the predefined spawn area, I plan on having a lot of space between skyblocks, including some things for flight and glideing, and I want to build areas for players to stumble upon that is a dungeon in the sky if you will, and I am curious if you know if it is plausible to make your plugin skip areas during island generation, also If there is a way to cause a more random area island gen, Like a random number roll for where it will place the island , each number standing for where an island would have been created in the first place, but more so players won't just have an island right next to them in the next spot, no matter how far I make them apart that still seems unfair

Am really sorry, I overlooked that file. Thx for answering me on such a short notice.
One more question if I may. When I try deleting the island, the plugin asks for confirmation, but when I type /yes as asked, the server throws unknown command. What am I doing wrong?
And last one, I filed a ticket about command which would be cool if possible to implement. Its about restarting an island

I love this plugin and Have played on a great server tbhat has this for quite a while, however I am currently building a PvP-skyblock-modpack And plan on using this plugin, for the generation I looked through your config and discovered about everything I need to know to make this work, however, I have one question, I want to create a few battlegrounds/instances on the skyblock map world for people to fight over with a large space inbetween islands during generation. If I were to rgdefine these areas I don't want to be turned into new skyblocks and give them A higher priority than your plugin, your plugin then should avoid those areas when generation skyblocks right?
