iShout
iShout is a very simple chat related plugin that allows users to shout Global messages to the server for everyone to see.
Features
- Allow users to shout (iShout.shout)
- Allow Staff Members or Users to toggle if they can see other people /tshout (iShout.toggleshout)
- Allow Users to Have all commands. (iShout.*)
- Time limit.
- Bypass Time Limit - iShout Bypass
Commands
- /shout <Message> - Shouts a message
- /tshout - Toggles if shouts show up for user.

The plugin is bascially done. I made it into a chat plugin bascually jsut got to work on the shout timer. Im still a noob with that kinda stuff i know the basics
