Infernal Mobs

Features:
Mobs will randomly become "infernal", then they will become mini bosses. They get a random amount of random powers, a name tag proclaiming them "infernal", and when they die they will drop random enchanted loot. I saw this mod for Forge made by Atomic Stryker, and thought I would make a version for Bukkit. Most aspects of this mod are configurable.
NOTE: For 1.12.2 and older use version: 5.4, build 5.6 and up are 1.13+

Divining Rod:
The divining rod can be used when you are near an infernal mob.
It will take a blaze powder, then point you in the direction of the nearest mob. It will show you a line of particles pointed at the mob.
This rod only works if you are near one of the mobs.

Powers:
- Poisonous: Gives player the poison effect.
- Armoured: Give mobs full diamond armour or a resistance effect.
- Blinding: Gives player the blindness effect.
- Withering: Gives player the withering effect.
- Tosser: Tosses the player around.
- Thief: Steals the item the player is holding.
- Quicksand: Gives player the slowness effect.
- Bullwark: Takes less damage.
- Rust: Damages the tool the player is holding.
- Sapper: Gives player the hunger effect.
- 1up: Has 2 lives.
- Cloaked: Is invisible.
- Ender: Can teleport.
- Ghastly: Shoots fireballs.
- Lifesteal: Gets health from damaging player.
- Sprint: Can go fast.
- Storm: Strikes the player with lightning.
- Webber: Makes a web at the players feet.
- Vengeance: Gives damage from being hit.
- Weakness: Gives player the weakness effect.
- Berserk: Damages the player more, but takes damage from attacking.
- Explode: Explodes on death.
- Potions: Throws harmful potions at the player.
- Mama: Has a slim chance to spawn three babies of its type.
- Molten: Is immune to fire/lava, starts a fire on death and lights the player on fie.
- Archer: Randomly shoots a volley of arrows at player.
- Necromancer: Shoots wither skulls.
- Firework: Fireworks explode from mob when hit.
- Gravity: Levitates the player for a while.
- Flying: Mob can fly.
- Mounted: Riding on another mob.
- Morph: Can infrequently morph into another infernal mob.
- Ghost: On death a ghost is spawned.

Incompatibilities:
There have been instances of incompatibilities with other plugins, any plugin that changes mob names or messes with mob spawning may cause some problems. While they may not be game-braking you may see some weird things and some features might not work.
Known incompatible plugins:
- MobArena v0.96.6
- Any plugin (like MCMMO) that uses score-boards may cause lag when combined with IM (if you have IM score-boards enabled).
Upcoming Features:
- IDK, ask and I might add!
- Pre-Defined Custom Mobs?
Problems?
If you have a problem please create a ticket and include the error (If there was one) and a link to a paste-bin of your config.
If you just post the error in the comments section or PM me I might not see it. Thanks.

Posted Apr 13, 2015Hi, I would like to try the dev version you posted, but I wanted to know if you had a md5 hash so that I could compare it to. Just to take precautions, you know.
Nice plugin, infernal mobs kicks the butt, haha.

Posted Apr 12, 2015Just a friendly pointer but spigot-1.8-R0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar is NOT 1.8.1, it's 1.8.0.
Also the 1.8.3 dev build works like a charm, thank you.

1.8.1 I believe was technically just a bug fix update, and it was backwards compatible with 1.8, so many releases were never actually called 1.8.1.
@EpicATrain
There is no bukkit.org option for 1.8.3 yet anyway, since Bukkit IS DEAD, Bukkit.org is behind in updating their available options for "support" on pages.. So again.. Chill the hell out, learn some manners and try being KIND when seeking help for your problems, rather deciding to DEMAND from people answers, when they owe you nothing. ;P

Yah, try the dev build. Also if 1.8.1 never existed than what is this? Link Removed: http://www.mediafire.com/download/x1mf9m6bydl3lzx/spigot-1.8-R0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar

You don't have to downgrade...
Maybe you should take a step back and read what's been said to you...
"If you want 1.8.3 use the DEV build."
Regardless of whether or not 1.8.1 was actually released or not, is besides the point. Stop harassing the Dev because you're getting errors and your angry. You realize, that the Dev owes you and everyone else, nothing? I don't recall this being a paid service. So learn some respect and patience!
If you're having issues with the '1.8.1' version and you're downgrading, upgrading and all that garbage to try to fix them... Why can't you be bothered to try the DEV builds suggested?

Posted Apr 11, 2015My information comes confirmed from multiple staff members at the spigot IRC team. Even Cindy herself from Spigot's main page: http://www.spigotmc.org/ confirmed it.
So if you got "1.8.1", where the heck did you get it from? Is it sponge? I can't downgrade to a version that has never existed!

"1.8.1 spigot and craft bukkit were available when I updated this."
No sir! I've talked extensively with the irc spigot team. There is no such spigot release. Craftbukkit is completely dead, so any craftbukkit releases you are getting are coming from spigot since they are the only ones releasing them.
I highly recommend you recheck the release you are supporting, and PLEASE stop avoiding the bugs that I am submitting and address them. I am purposely adjusting my server versions because of this plugin, but seeing as you are making up version releases, this may be a plugin that I just need to drop from all my servers.
I have brought you a legitimate bug. I have updated my server to best meet the fake server version that you are supporting. I am doing everything that I can think of to accommodate your requests. All I am asking is for you to address the bug at hand and not blow it off.
Thank you.

I find that interesting...
how do you support 1.8.1 when there is no such spigot/craftbukkit version out there?
https://hub.spigotmc.org/stash/projects/SPIGOT/repos/spigot/commits/b100cf9e7dec5b4fb2a4dcecf450cc4003eb9010
Your plugin seems to be supporting something that doesn't exist... or am I missing something? This is also confirmed by the IRC staff crew as well.
How do I go to a version that doesn't exist? I know vanilla version exists, but without a spigot version, how does one upgrade to it? Is there something else that you're supporting that isn't craftbukkit/spigot?

Posted Apr 7, 2015honestly it's a pain in the ass to have an entirely separate world just for Mob Arena. Is there no way you'd consider a toggle / hook in to mob arena so boss mobs don't spawn inside a game?
What about a region selection option to define regions where boss mobs don't spawn? that'd be pretty handy for many different reasons.

Posted Apr 7, 2015Could it be possible to make it where in the loot.yml file you could assign at which level the infernal mob could drop a certain loot item?
Like only a Level 5 Infernal Zombie could drop a King's Sword or something like that etc.

Use the dev build.
@IIsnickerII
That is caused by the barAPI plugin.
