Introduction
HyperConomy is the all in one economy and shop plugin. It can be a simple chest or sign shop plugin, a Vault compatible economy plugin, a region based shop plugin with many configurable options, or even a complex system of economically competing towns and kingdoms. Any vanilla Minecraft item can be traded in HyperConomy and virtually any custom item can be added as well. Prices can be configured to change dynamically or they can be set as desired. To quickly edit prices and settings you can double click on HyperConomy.jar to access the GUI editor. HyperConomy has many features including things such as item price linking and item displays. Read below or check out the wiki for more information.

Requirements
- None. If you'd like to integrate with an existing economy plugin using Vault, you will need the following: Vault and an economy plugin such as BOSEconomy, iConomy, or Essentials Economy

Versions and Development Builds
- Recommended builds are marked with [RB] and are generally thought to be stable and bug free.
- Builds marked as [Beta] are as bug free as possible, but often have large code changes which may result in the appearance of new bugs.
- Builds marked as [Dev] are development builds that I've decided to upload to BukkitDev. I may upload dev builds on occasion to provide easy access because Bukkit staff does not allow linking to development builds.
- Development builds may contain bugs as I work on releasing a new [Beta] build. They may also contain fixes for bugs found in [Beta] builds. Use these builds if you're looking for a bug fix, or would like to try out a new feature I've just added. Also, feel free to search for bugs in the development builds. Any help with testing is greatly appreciated!
- Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.

Add-ons
- HyperMerchant
HyperMerchant is a graphical user interface for your players to use to interact with HyperConomy shops.
It is also includes the ability to easily create Citizens npc shopkeepers for your HyperConomy shops. - HyperConomy Web
HyperConomy Web creates a web page for HyperConomy, displaying information about all shops, items, and price history. The web page appearance can be customized to fit your server.

The database transfer is running in MC but nothing is showing up in mysql. I checked error log and HC is tryin to write to tables that do not exisist. It did not create the database tables.

You're doing /hc disable then editing the config, and then doing /hc enable? It has to be that order. I haven't heard of any config regeneration problems. The YML generation code hasn't changed in a very long time.
Try editing the config while the server is offline. If it still regenerates let me know and I'll investigate.

Posted Dec 30, 2013When I /hc disable then /hc enable the plugin generate a "new" config file. All changes I make to it are rewritten to the default.
Is this suppose to happen? Latest dev build.
Edit: Same thing happens when I do a server restart. All I am changing is the mysql info for my database.
Edit# 2: Hypermerchant also breaks with the latest dev build. "hyperconomy-0.974.3-SNAPSHOT"

That is BRILLIANT!
One more question. Is there any easy way to change the text color on the signs? For the STOCK sign for instance, where it says 'Stock' is grey on a brown background. It's hard to read.

Your hoe was probably damaged. When you sell a damaged item it only adds the percentage of the item remaining to stock. This prevents exploits where someone could sell an item to the shop and then buy it back to repair it.

Posted Dec 29, 2013I'm using hyperconomy-0.974.3-SNAPSHOT and I had no iron hoes. I had this showing STOCK on a sign. I then sold an iron hoe and it went to that the shop had 0.53 iron hoes in stock. Is there a reason it didn't go to having 1 in stock?

The first error was caused by HyperConomy_Web, not HyperConomy. The latest dev builds aren't compatibile with 0.0.2. I'll have 0.0.3 out soon. It should be harmless, but it will probably mess up the web page.
The second error is something else entirely. I don't see any mention of HyperConomy, however, it might have just been lag due to the error spam. I'm not sure what caused it, but it wasn't directly HyperConomy at least.
For now just remove HyperConomy_Web and it looks like you should be fine.

I tried to go from #321 to #329 yesterday. Was hoping to get rid of that null error I had in console. when I loaded #329, console exploded as soon as a player joined. I created a pastie here http://pastie.org/8585779 which shows me from start to stop. Spigot throws errors towards the end. Once I reverted back to 321 I was fine, and I can deal with the Null error for the interim as it doesn't exactly have any negative effect.

1. I just attempted your most recent build, got an explosion of errors. Please define the proper process to implement the new build while retaining my customized object list. Note I use MySQL
2. Just going through my player tickets, I have one report re: potions from 12/26
Date/Time: 12/26/2013
System Affected: hyperconomy
Severity: Minor
Description of Bug: I cant sell any splash potions. plugin doesnt recognize the "splash" component of the potion when selling to the admin shop.
I /buy splash_potion_of_harming 1
then /sell splash_potion_of_harming 1
I get error msg "you dont have enough splash_potion_of _harming" ,
but If I then do /hs max it sells the potion as a regular 'potion_of _harming'
This is the same across all types. I have tried it on regeneration and harming potions also; level EXT or level II doesnt matter."

Try the latest dev build for the /copydatabase command. It was working for me last night when I was testing it on the latestdev build. I just fixed a few things in it. To send all of your SQLite data to MySQL make sure to have use-mysql set to false in config.yml. If you were sending data to SQLite from MySQL it would be the oppposite with use-mysql set to true.
The plugin will create the tables automatically on startup.

If you figure out how to create this bug let me know. If you send me your transaction log (hyperconomy_log SQL table) as a CSV or just a SQLite.db file I may be able to figure out what causes this. So far I'm not sure how a negative stock can happen.

Posted Dec 28, 2013Well I can't get server to connect to my mysql database. I have triple checked connection info.
To "/copydatabase" does the config file need to be set to "true" for mysql before it will copy? Says "Connection to SQLite database has failed" I tried with mysql connection set to true and false.

I added the plugin to my server and my players love it. It is working great.
Quick question though. I did not see anything in the manual about mysql setup. Is there an sql file to create the tables and such or will the plugin create them when it connects? Also since hyperconomy is currently running without mysql when I switch it to mysql will all current items and such get transfered to mysql or will I loose current settings and such?
