Introduction
HyperConomy is the all in one economy and shop plugin. It can be a simple chest or sign shop plugin, a Vault compatible economy plugin, a region based shop plugin with many configurable options, or even a complex system of economically competing towns and kingdoms. Any vanilla Minecraft item can be traded in HyperConomy and virtually any custom item can be added as well. Prices can be configured to change dynamically or they can be set as desired. To quickly edit prices and settings you can double click on HyperConomy.jar to access the GUI editor. HyperConomy has many features including things such as item price linking and item displays. Read below or check out the wiki for more information.

Versions and Development Builds
- Recommended builds are marked with [RB] and are generally thought to be stable and bug free.
- Builds marked as [Beta] are as bug free as possible, but often have large code changes which may result in the appearance of new bugs.
- Builds marked as [Dev] are development builds that I've decided to upload to BukkitDev. I may upload dev builds on occasion to provide easy access because Bukkit staff does not allow linking to development builds.
- Development builds may contain bugs as I work on releasing a new [Beta] build. They may also contain fixes for bugs found in [Beta] builds. Use these builds if you're looking for a bug fix, or would like to try out a new feature I've just added. Also, feel free to search for bugs in the development builds. Any help with testing is greatly appreciated!
- Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.
- The latest development builds can be found here.

Posted Sep 5, 2013I assigned all the items to categories and tried to add a category to an empty store. The command succeeds but the items were not added. I'm using 0.972.
I updated the categories.yml and items.yml with the categories. All items are set with a stock of 1000.
sample from items.yml
sample from categories.yml
Adding the item manually works but category loading does not.
Am I missing something
Thanks.

Posted Sep 5, 2013Hi, I'm somewhat new to PC Minecraft, and have recently set up my own server. I am using Hyperconomy, but decided I would also like to be able to use money to claim land. Is Hyperconomy compatible with other plugins that allow you to purchase land (can I use Hyperconomy currency to do this)? Or do I need another economy system? I like the stock market aspect of Hyperconomy, and have not seen it in the other economy plugins. If Hyperconomy is not capable of doing this, is there a combination of economy/land claim plugins that would do what I want? Thanks

Nope, I'll release a new build with the new items. All you'll need to import the new items is a few commands.

Posted Aug 30, 2013Apparently after speaking with a tech on lockdown prison.com he said that 1.6 changed the item ID for wheat due to a glitch in 1.6.1. I'll download the HC plugin to see if it is combatible with 1.6.2 and reply back. Hopefully it is :p

What item id changes? And what doesn't work?

That option is currently a bit misleading. It basically just prevents the stock from changing. I'd recommend setting the stock to the median value for static items and then it will work properly. I may change this in the future.

Posted Aug 24, 2013Regal any chance of an update to 1.6.2? It won't ork with 1.6.1 on 1.6.2 due to item ID changes. It's just a very minor edit to some classes and it'd be good to go. So if you could update it for 1.6.2 that'd be good :)

Posted Aug 24, 2013Great plugin!
One question: For some of the high-value and difficult to get items in my shop I'm using static pricing and have unlimited-stock-for-static-items set to true in the config.yml file. I leave the stock quantity at zero with the idea that the shop has an unlimited supply. However, when I go to purchase an item in game I get the message "Shop does not have enough..." Are there some additional configuration changes that need to be made to ensure an unlimited shop supply for items with static pricing?
I'm currently using HC build 244.

You can easily lower the price for all items with the /scalebypercent command. Just do /scalebypercent startprice [percent] and /scalebypercent value [percent]. (Where 50% is half of the prior price, 25% 1/4 etc.)

The web page is basically just on or off. There are a few things that can be changed such as the page color/font/etc. To enable it just type /hcweb enable and to disable it do /hcweb disable. Every other option can also be changed with the /hcweb command. There is a list of options on the commands page. If you'd like to restore the web page to its default settings just do /hcweb setdefault. I think the commands page needs to be updated, but there is also /hcweb status to check the page status and /hcweb refresh to update it immediately. I'll add those.
By default the we page runs on port 7777. So to access it just go to [your server IP/domain name]:7777

I will do /settax static 1, and the current tax was higher, so what it does is set the price and it functions when I buy or sell stuff because everything is a static pricing, but it won't change the signs that are displaying the price, like this
diamond
buy
is it possible I could reinstall the plugin but keep all of my signs shops and data, that I feel would fix everything.
Thanks

Posted Aug 21, 2013Is there a way to get a tutorial about the "Web Page" feature, I try to understand how it work but it seem a gray matter to me at this point. At least giving us example could help figure it out!

Can you try the latest dev build to see if it has the same issue? Also, what version of spigot/HyperConomy are you using? If there is any way you can give me steps to reproduce the issue with a fresh install it will be much easier to solve.
Which essentials build messes with HC?
What version of Vault, and which version/plugin are you using for your econ plugin?

I tested it and it worked for me. Perhaps it's some special method to cause the glitch. Could you give me the exact steps to reproduce the problem?

You can change the buy/sell prices by applying a sales or purchase tax to all items. You can also use /scalebypercent to change the value, startprice, or staticprice by whatever percentage you specify to change the value for all items easily.

/scalebypercent works as a percentage of the prior price. /scalebypercent value 33 would set the value to be 33% of what it was previously. It basically multiplies it by .33. The other thing to keep in mind is that the value is only one thing that affects the price. If the item is in initial or static modes you will need to do /scalebypercent startprice [percent] or /scalebypercent staticprice [percent]
Let me know if you run into any more issues.

Underestimate, I got it working with version 0.971 and spigot 1072.
http://dev.bukkit.org/media/files/716/285/HyperConomy.jar http://ci.md-5.net/job/Spigot/1072/artifact/Spigot-Server/target/spigot.jar
If that still does not work for you, try disabling each one of your other plugins. Maybe one of them is in conflict with HC.
Good luck.
