HCC - Holographic Chat Captions
It is with great regret, that I feel like I cannot achieve a movable tag that follows the players head. As a result, this project will be left at this stage with the possibility of future updates. This decision has been made by me as I feel I cannot add the respective function without using an API. (Which is what I wanted to avoid) I recommend that in the meantime you download HoloApi or SpeechBubbles to achieve a moving chat caption. I will use this time to try and work on this in my spare time. Maybe, adding Spout support too. HCC may be re-released sometime soon if I manage to code a moving chat tag. Thanks, creepers84.

Posted Mar 8, 2014when im sending a message with hcc the text just drops down. where it goes? idk, its flying through the blocks of minecraft. But its still an entity - and if no plugin removes this - minecraft will start lagging.

I do not use Spigot. So, if you want the plugin to work with Spigot, then you will have to try it out for yourself. I cannot help it if Spigot cannot cope with Bukkit Events.
