Grief Prevention
AUTOMATICALLY PREVENTS ALL FORMS OF GRIEF, including build/break, theft, spam, fire, spawn camping, lava dumping, chat trolling, advertising and more, so you don't have to undo any damage after the fact. It even teaches players how to use it so you don't have to! No configuration or database required. Stop responding to grief and prevent it instead. Grief Prevention will solve your grief problems without requiring you to manage a roster of trained administrators, juggle 10 different anti-grief plugins, take away cool standard game features, publish a training manual / tutorial for players, or add explanatory signs to your world. You can also choose to integrate PvP elements into build design to finally get a PvP experience befitting a sandbox game about creative building.
Grief Prevention stops grief before it starts automatically without any effort from administrators, and with very little (self service) effort from players. Solve all your grief problems with a single download, no database, and no configuration step.

Please Vote for Grief Prevention
I've also posted Grief Prevention on the Spigot site, where plugins are ranked based on reviews. If you love GP, please take a couple of minutes to give GP your rating and leave a short review. Better rating and positive reviews will help server owners who look for plugins on the Spigot site make the safe choice (GP) instead of downloading something sketchy or incomplete. :) Thanks so much for all your support!

Posted Feb 2, 2015I was messing around with the stick just now and somehow made the plugin show about 54 claims in the area - which was really cool! I can't seem to figure out how to do it again though? It would be cool to make this happen when you left click the stick :)

Can you please disallow other people egging other people’s bases? Egging means throwing large quantities of chicken eggs, causing them to hatch. With mob trampling setting it can be a source of major grief.

Try the version released for 1.5.1. Because that version is so old, many of the features you saw in the video may not have existed yet.
@GodsDead
I think I may have fixed your slow conversion problem in 10.6.
@StanRadner
That's fixed in the latest versions. You'll have to update your server to 1.8 to use them, though.
@erik1988
Checking on it. :) It could be a spigot bug, try updating your spigot? I remember a spigot bug related to right-clicking pets, and this could be another result of that issue.

I'm sure you tried without Vault &/or Essentials installed. I'm not even sure if that would have anything to do with it. I know I don't use vault & had no issues. I hope your able to get the gremlins worked out.

When u run the update on the test server, are u running all your plugins along with it? If so, have you tried updating GP with just GP install? I find sometimes just running just what you need to can help avoid odd issues. I could be completely wrong about this, but might be worth a try.

Posted Feb 1, 2015Ok after my 4 day wait for the conversion from 7.8 to 10.5.7 I managed to get on the server, it looks like GP crashed at some point (Logs sent over already bigscary) the only issue now seems to be that everyones claims are in minus! Some people its as if their claim block number had a minus added to it, some people they have a complelty different minus number. This is still all on my local test server, I want to make sure it will go smooth before moving over.

Posted Feb 1, 2015I'm hosting a server using 1.6.4 and have been encountering some griefing lately and it's getting out of hand. After watching a video about this plugin, it looks incredibly powerful and I'd love to use it but I can't seem to find a download for 1.6.4. Is it simply not compatible or is it hosted elsewhere as another project?

I'm aware that there is a message telling the player that they have just trusted all players in all claims, I just feel that for something of that magnitude it would be nicer to have an additional confirmation dialogue.

"Hoppers will no longer pick up protected player item drops due to death, preventing lethal traps from stealing them."
Is this a configurable? I think it kinda ruins the point of making traps for players who shouldn't be in your claim. It could take away from some fun scenarios in which a raiders gets caught in a trap. If it is not configurable, please consider it.
Thank you for all your hard work and time! Without this plugin my server wouldn't be.

Please take a few moments to vote for Grief Prevention! :) We're only 35 total 5-star reviews away from being the top plugin on the spigot site, which is absolutely a reachable goal. Thanks for your support! http://www.spigotmc.org/resources/griefprevention.1884/
@GodsDead
Try the new version, I think you'll find it faster.
@Jikoo_K
The confirmation message tells the player he just gave permission to ALL his land claims, and even explains he should stand inside his claim to change only the one.

Posted Jan 30, 2015Would it be possible to have a warning and confirmation for players trusting all in all claims? I've had a couple users accidentally /trust all while off by a couple blocks - seems to be confusing for users who aren't yet familiar with the plugin.
