Posted May 18, 2013Is it possible to set two different capture times for different regions?
Also, when I try to create a capture point, it doesn't change the sign but it creates a region for the capture point. There is no capture point registered and I think an error saying this region cannot be made within another region, but the region came from fcapture.

Posted May 15, 2013Bug fixes and new features are completed, next steps are to finish guides for the update and then off to upload it. Since its getting late, Im saving that for after work, but hard and annoying part is finally done, small but necessary fixes.

That is planned after next patch, I removed "config.yml guide" few updates ago since new features kept coming and I could not focus enough to keep it up date at that time. Now that all the features are pretty much complete (all the major ones, at least), I can start working on that again :)

Posted May 15, 2013This plugin looks amazing and I can't wait to use it on my RPG server! However. The config confuses me, could you perhaps add in little notes about what each line does? For instance, what does chest search do? Or all of the "check" values? Just an idea that would help everyone.

Posted May 15, 20130.0.9.7 will force use of WorldGuard for few reasons. There will be small delay as I found problem with regions saving, in certain situations upon server restart/reload, FCP regions do not keep their flags.
1) Looking to get feedback about need to use WorldGuard.
2) Focus on WorldGuard changes.
If you really hate idea of using WG then do comment and provide suggestions what other protection plugins I should support.

Posted May 14, 2013Faction Ally money rewards are now working.
- Each ally faction gets defined amount of money at every check: orginal amount / x. if money rewards are set to 15, then its 15 / 3 = 5 money per ally faction. You can define from config.yml number which splits money rewards.
As I mentioned earlier, I have been thinking to set WorldGuard as required plugin for FCP, which means FCP would use WorldGuard (regions) for protections and I would drop default protection support. If you disagree about this now would be time to comment, 0.0.1.0 will start to require WorldGuard unless there is someone using build-in protection.
Why? Its faster for me to update only one version of protection code for FCP and to be honest, WG is alot better when it comes to protections compared to my own laggy attempts.

Prefix which is just word front of messages (not touching chat format itself), you can set it empty if you dont want it or translate to whatever you wish. Current and new features are always optional to use, I dont (hopefully) force to use any extra features but still offer chance to use them.

- Add all plugin messages into messages.yml for translating.
- Add documentation to devBukkit how to use different features.
- Include prefix to all messages, like [blfCP] blaa blaa.
0.0.9.9
- Complete SimpleClans support.
- Complete AvoGuild/Guilds support.
0.1.0.0
- Look into new suggestions.
- Complete remaining bug fixes.
- Beta phase launched.

Posted May 12, 2013Next update is coming monday/tuesday, something to prepare for:
- Capture Point regions now require to set "region priority", number can be defined from config.yml. New regions with Capture Point will automatic include priority, old one dont so be sure set old regions priority to match.
- New permissions mode, you can still use fcapture.admin for but plugin now has "unique permissions mode" which includes permission node for each admin commands.
- Ally rewards are coming also, but this only works if you have set "Faction-Money" to true, then all money rewards goes to ally factions banks.

This only works if you set "Permission-Mode: unique" in config.yml, otherwise plugin will only look for fcapture.admin permission node.

Sorry, I misunderstood question earlier. While you have "Region-Creation: true" you can do following..
1) Place sign.
2) Type sign command (like /fcapture xp)
3) Type /fcapture region <name> (/fcapture region MyRegion)
Then click sign.

Did you add Region-Creation: true to the config.yml and set it to false? Thats latest change to config.yml mentioned in 0.0.9.6 changelog at bottom (http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/fcp/files/10-0-0-9-6/).

Latest update includes Capture Point names, they come from regions. You can setup region manually or automatic (depending Region-Creation is it false or true), this way when someone tries to capture or does capture sign, plugin will broadcast region name where capture point is = Capture Point names.
I will have to see about chest changes, if you want players to modify chest content that means information must be saved somewhere. I personally see balancing issues such as storing diamonds etc. giving unlimited amount as long they have capture point.
Like with all suggestions, I will include that idea into test server and see if I create somehow decent solution. Cant promise any ETA on chest updates tho, but will keep you up to date.
