CreeperHeal
CreeperHeal
CREEPERHEAL HAS MOVED TO SPIGOT
Protects your server against Creepers, TNT, and griefers!
CreeperHeal is more than a griefing protection plugin : it repairs the damage done by explosions (Creepers, TNT, etc...) and fire, in a natural way! Stay a while after a Creeper made a hole, and you will see the terrain pop back slowly, block per block, exactly as it was before the explosion! That way, your players will still be afraid of Creepers, but your server will continue looking nice!
- Anti-Griefing features
- Natural healing of the terrain after an explosion
- Fully customisable
- Easy installation and configuration
- Now compatible with WG

Tried mobarena, has issues with inventories.
I just want like for a pvp arena, if you mine it, it comes back, or in survival you mine ores, it comes back after a while. (Regens)

Maybe have a look at MobArena? It's not exactly what you want, but perhaps you can do something with it? Like a prison that would be a maze, with monsters appearing to kill you.

Well, I kinda wanted it so like a self-repairing arena or like a prison kinda thing, where once you mine it after maybe a day it regens.
You don't have to add it, it would be cool, but I don't need it.

Waou, lots of requests! If you don't want me to forget them, better make a ticket! (preferably one per suggestion, though).
I'm no longer actively developing this plugin, only keeping it up to date, so I'm afraid I won't implement the repair delay for each world, as it is too much work.
As for dropping items on explosion, what do you mean? Do you get twice the items? (once when they drop, once when they are repaired)? That would allow for material duplication, which I try to avoid as much as possible. If you mean drop instead of replacing, I would point you to the Configuration Guide. You can tell CreeperHeal which blocks you want to be replaced, which blocks you want to be destroyed, and you can tell it to drop the destroyed blocks (you can even specify the chance of the block dropping or being lost).
As for mining, the objective of the plugin is to protect from unwanted destruction, and I don't think mining comes into play here. What did you want it to do anyway? Again, material duplication?

Posted Jun 9, 2014Awesome plugin, but it doesn't repair beacons. You have to reselect it.
Could you also make it so it heal after damage per world?
I want overworld to repair 15 seconds after damage
In nether, I want it to repair 5,000 seconds after damage.
Something like that.
Also, an option to drop items on explosion. (Like If you blow something up, you get the items then, after a while you can do it again).
And maybe an option for, when someone mines a block too?

Posted Jun 9, 2014Thank you so much for developing this plugin. It helped my server alot, and now players can destroy spawn on their own, because that way it's even more fun!
Thank you, thank you...now players can properly use the pvp arena, with tnt and stuff.
Greetings.

I understand your request, and I would like to do it if there were a simple way to go about it. However, the problem is that there are way too many mods, and I can't support every one of them without a unified interface (that doesn't exist, as far as I know). I would have to develop custom support for each and every mod, which I can't do.
But if someone knows a way to do it, I'd be happy to learn it!

Posted May 24, 2014Just a suggestion, try adding MCPC+ integration or mod integration so people running modded server can repair explosions caused by items from mods.
Edit: Because I hate having to ban useful items just because they premabreak terrain.

After many feedback of people making the two plugins work together, I feel the problem comes from your configuration. Did you enable the "custom" explosion replament in the world? If you still have problems, please open a ticket with all your relevant config files.

Yes, I have seen the permissions wiki page, but there is no example of a well formed YML file in there. Can you add that? I'm running into errors. Thanks, man!

Apparently, WG allows to enable/disable certain plugins in zones. This can be used to set zones where CH is allowed or not.

If you are op, then you have access to every CH commands. Otherwise, see the wiki page: https://github.com/nitnelave/CreeperHeal/wiki/Permissions for individual permissions. Please note that permissions do not affect whether explosions are replaced or not, only your config files (although there are some commands to enable/disable explosion replacement).

Posted May 14, 2014Hey there!
I've been hosting a creative server for a few years for a bunch of 10 year olds, and man, i need this plug-in.
I'm new to configuring plugins. I spent a few hours reading the tutorials and doing some testing, but i feel like i'm not setting up the permissions correctly in permissions.yml.
I'm using CraftBukkit 1.7.2-R0.3, and CreeperHeal v6.7.2.
When my permissions.yml file is completely blank, i can see that the plugin loaded fine, but when i log in, nothing heals (TNT blows stuff up).
If i type in /ch help, i get the error "You do not have access to any CreeperHeal commands".
What exactly should the permissions.yml file look like, if this is my only plug-in? I can give you 10 examples of things that either do nothing, or have parsing errors at load time.

I'm working on that plugin at the moment. As soon as the new version of creeperheal is out, I'll start work on a flags to creeperheal plugin.
