How do I use CrackShot weapons with other plugins? (kits, arenas, shops, classes etc.)

Default weapons
For those who are curious about what CrackShot is capable of achieving, but squealed like a little girl upon viewing the complete list of modules, you're in luck. The plugin comes with 18 default weapons, so you can jump right into the action! ... a very small taste of the action.

Known issues
Minecraft visual bug: Projectiles that are launched at high velocities (>40) may follow a warped flight path. Generally, they will appear to either curve to the left or to the right. Do not be fooled though, as the projectiles will always be spot-on despite what you see!
Minecraft 1.9 bug: Players may hurt themselves if they shoot at an entity that is too close to them. Affects servers between 1.9 and 1.16.
Spigot 1.15 bug: Entities cannot be hit by multiple projectiles at the same time. Affects servers between 1.15 and 1.16.4.

Read the second paragraph of Known issues.

On line 1294, Reload: is misaligned by four spaces. Next time, consider looking at the errors in the console. They would have pinpointed the problem.
Oh, and by the way...
...I've noticed you have a few nodes that are set to false. You can simply remove these.

Never mind what i said earlier, the plugin SignShop allows you to use the iBuy where you can put them in a chest and sell them infinitely, sorrz about my earlier mistake, i only realized it while testing.

Posted Mar 10, 2013I ned help I just made a grenade launcher and after i coded it when I start my server and do /shot list it shows nothing except Weapons: I used Yaml Parser too and it didnt work >.< I tried a lot of things and nothing worked and now I'm at the forum. PLZ HELP ASAP

A different solution would be to use the enchantment to check node and make it so it uses one that people can't normally get (i.e: Thorns 1 on a diamond pick)

Posted Mar 10, 2013ok, shampaggon, now I tried what you did and they cant shoot guns in the world I want, but they cant use the tools that are guns, so if they try to break something with a woodenpickaxe it wont break, because it's a gun. So may you please add multiworld setup next update? thanks

That's kind of you to say. With regards to your request, weapon mounts will be part of the third major update (Deadlier weapons). CrackShot is currently undergoing the first major update (Explosives). In a nutshell, your wish will be granted sometime in the future.

Posted Mar 10, 2013Brilliant plugin. Been using it a week or so now before we had the brilliant idea to make a whole ARSENAL of guns and a custom texture pack to go with it. Its changed my server from boring hoes shooting snowballs to miniguns on tanks. Thank you! 1 request, could you possibly add mounted guns? Im not sure if this is doable, but make it so that if you have a gun as a placeable block it can be shot and mounted? Thanks :)

i use the plugin shopkeepers on my server to sell the guns to players.. our economy is emerlads tho... doestn seem to work with econ plugins ... you could always have them buy set object from chest shop and then turn in object to shopkeeper for the gun

Ah, I see what the problem is. Your configurations are absolutely fine. The problem resides in the way durability is handled by MobArena and CrackShot.

If I use /enchant, the shovel turns into a gun as intended, but if I try to select the MobArena class, it just stays as thorns I.

If I understood your second sentence correctly, it sounds very much like you have simply misconfigured MobArena. If you could show me your configuration for both plugins, I may be able to help you.

Version 0.811 will resolve the durability issue; someone lodged a ticket earlier on. As for the colored ammo-tags, it will be a future addition, but I'm going to set it aside for the time being. Explosions come first. ;)

Posted Mar 9, 2013For some reason the enchantment checks aren't running through MobArena. When I manually edit the config and add enchantments, nothing happens when I join. Not sure if it's a CrackShot error, but I'll try to add the guns another way.
