Individual options for every guard
- horizontal and vertical protection area size
- damage
- toggle invincibility
- a time the guard is active (day, night or all)
- a name
Usage
- It's that easy: Write /guard create and the mob type, e.g. Zombie, and a guard will be created on the position you are looking at.
- To modify a guard, first select it by right clicking it and then use the commands. All default settings a guard will use on creation can be set in the config.
- The guard will now automatically attack hostile mobs and players who attack other players within it's horizontal and vertical radius.
- Also friendly mobs are possible, but of course they can't deal damage to anybody, they only pursuit their target.
- You have to enter the mob names exactly like this: Zombie
- zombie, ZOMBIE, ZOmbie or something else will not work!
- zombie, ZOMBIE, ZOmbie or something else will not work!
Available guard types
Blaze, CaveSpider, Chicken, Cow, Creeper, Enderman, Giant, Monster, MushroomCow, Pig, PigZombie, Sheep, Silverfish, Skeleton, Snowman, Spider, Squid, Villager, Wolf, Zombie
This list could be outdated!
Bugs
It is known that in the latest version of this plugin that the guards may not attack mobs attacking the player. This is due to a bug in the Bukkit API. For more info please look at the link below:

Posted May 9, 2014You should allow adding classes for mobs and fully customizable armour, weapons with enchantments and item drops, potion effects, etc... and permissions per class with economy per usage. Yeah asking for a lot :P

Yeh I have that sometimes with other plugins. Try deleting the plugin then re installing it. Should work (Make sure you save your changes and restart your server) :D

Posted Mar 23, 2013I'm currently working on a server which is themed to ancient Norse. I'm looking for a way to create a bandit camp with actual attacking bandits, does this plugin have that ability to create player attacking guards?

Posted Jan 17, 2013This work perfectly but 1 thing i wonder, how do i set my WOLF too attack till the player is dead ?
and let more wolf or all wolf attack 1 or mroe players who is figthing in spawn ?
realy LIKE this plugins :D
and how mutch damaga can i set my wolf`s on ?
exmpel : /guard setdamage (damage) Set the damage multiplier. i set this too 50 is that 50 players or 50 in damage ?
becouse maby write more about this ? how mutch damage a guard take or something. very confusing.

Due to API changes the plugin was broken.
It has come to my attention though that many people still want me to try to fix it. Therefore i am making plans to try to fix this plugin. As some has suggested you may only be able to use Iron_Golems as gaurds but if possible i will try to find a complete fix. I Stoped all plugin development when this broke but now i am back to try to fix it

Posted Aug 23, 2012I downloaded this mod for my server..every time i tried to type the command /guard create Skeleton..it wouldn't do it..i would be told i dont have permission..im the Mod for my server..what am i doing wrong or what should i be doing to get this to work?

If that is the case you could adapt the plugin to use golems only since they are passive and would still be very useful guards.

Posted Jun 25, 2012I am afraid that it has been announced the the set target command will no longer work. this causes this plugin to function incorrectly. this bug cant be fixed by us and will not be fixed by Mojang. we will try to find a work around but until then this mod will not function properly.

Posted Jun 14, 2012Hey everything works exept that the guard doesn't attack anything i do the /guard create /guard setvertical /guard sethorizontal and then /guard settime all then i spawn a zombie to test it, it stands still untill i get attacked then it runs away... idk what i did wrong i get no error messages at all. only problem is that it doesn't attack that's it. If i'm suppose to do somthing else please let me know thanks.
