• (Hopefully) Fixed the problem where other ban methods were breaking the users.yml
• Included an auto-ban feature (see the config page to read into that)
• Several new commands and new aliases for commands. (See below)

New Commands

• /blip wf - Toggle word filtering
• /blip ab - Toggle Auto Banning
• /blip al - View a list of shorter commands.
• /blip filter add <word> - Adds a word to the filtered words list
• /blip filter remove <word> - Removes a word from the filtered words list
• /blip kickmsg [message] - Set the kickmsg without editing the config directly.
• /blip banmsg [message] - Set the banmsg without editing the config directly.
• /blip bjmsg [message] - Set the banjoinmsg without editing the config directly.
• /blip dbmsg [message] - Set the doombanmsg without editing the config directly.

New Aliased Commands

• /bk can be used instead of /bkick
• /bb can be used instead of /bban
• /bu can be used instead of /bunban
• /bm can be used instead of /bmute
• /bbip can be used instead of /bbanip
• /buip can be used instead of /bunbanip
• /blip filter a <word> for /blip filter add <word>
• /blip filter r <word> for /blip filter remove <word>
• All non-aliased commands should still work the same way and the aliased ones have the same argument requirements.
