All the described functions and usages are only planned! There meight be changes on them, so you can help to improve it, before its out with the ticket function of BukkitDev. New Features and ideas are welcome
Creating a "Region Blackboard" is a little bit difficult, but not impossible.
For the definition of an "Region Blackboard" go here.

Preparations

First you need some stuff:

• Some regions
• a Region Group
• signs
• time
• a wall, minimum size 1*2, bigger walls are recommend
• and the needed Permissions:)

Create the Blackboard

Now you have to enter the command /rm blackboard create which returns the steps you have to do:

• Put a sign on the wall and type:

• If you confirm the shown text should have changed to something like this ->config.yml

• These are the actions you can do
• Now create another sign beside the action sign with the following content

• These are the main steps for a blackboard creation, but there are also some other functions you can test
• If you are reade you have to type in /rm blackboard finish If you now add a region to the region group it will be added to the blackboard and if you remove a region, it will be removed from blackboard

Additional Features

• A price Sign, which displayes the price of the selected region for buying and renting
• A coordinates Sign, which displayes the size and position of the selected region
