Usage

All the described functions and usages are only planned! There meight be changes on them, so you can help to improve it, before its out with the ticket function of BukkitDev. New Features and ideas are welcome

Preparations

To sell or lease regions, you have to define some regions, which works with WorldGuard. BRM gets all the defined regions automatically, also it can get the region you are standing in and use it, instead of typing in the region. That doesn't work if you are standing in multiple regions, because it can't get the region you would like to sell or lease.
