I think you're right. I have him on Skype but he's yet to reply, and that was like few weeks ago. If he was just busy at something, even that news was better.

Posted Jan 2, 2015Well after some further research it appears that developer has abruptly pulled his plugin and stopped all development on it. Sad day. I will continue to use the copy I have until it breaks or auth me dev ever fixes there plugin. Sorry for the let down.
I can link the version I have if any one is interested.

Posted Jan 2, 2015Why not recode a nice Lightweight version for people only looking for /register and /login, force spawn, and nothing else?
It would solve all these issues for good.

Posted Dec 30, 2014Can someone explain how to convert from flatfile (auths.db) to mysql?
I'v tried several commands, but one seems to convert.
Tables are made in mysql by Authme, so these settings are good.

Posted Dec 22, 2014Hey there, just wanted to give you guys some Information:
Authme 3.4 (Latest approved version) Works near perfection for me on 1.8. No errors on console, and no unusual lag. (It's always been a laggy plugin, I do think Xephii could Improve it on that.) The only thing that bugs me about this version, is that the /email commands are broken again.
Authme 4.0 dev build seems broken. It will completely ignore the database, and ask me to register agian. As for 3.5 I haven't tried it, but if it has similar issues, you should consider downgrading to 3.4 which works decently well.
Xephii has confirmed that he will be fixing the issues as soon as he can. I personally believe he'll be back to fix everything up :) But if he doesn't after these christmas hollydays, I will be forced to consider an alternative plugin.
I wouldn't be willing to risk my whole database to be converted to another authentification plugin I don't know and later being unable to go back to Authme.
