Prevent username stealing:
AuthMe Reloaded prevents players who aren't logged in from actions like placing blocks, moving, typing commands or seeing the inventory of the current player.
Anti-Spoof:
The possibility to set up name spoof protection kicks players with uncommon long or short player names before they could actually join.
Sessions:
Login Sessions make it possible that you don't have to login within a given time period.

Posted Aug 8, 2013Now that I have upgraded to the latest version of AuthMe the whole plugin isn't EVEN showing up on my entire server. There are no AuthMe commands nor do people have to log in.

To make that you only need to have enabled "teleportUnauthedToSpawn" and "ForceSpawnLocOnJoinEnabled", but you must specify the name of survivalgames world on the ForceSpawnOnTheseWorlds list.
Change this authme config parametters to that:
This parammeters must work (I have my server configured with this parammeters because I have your same problem) (I have 7 worlds :) ) Try it and coment.
------ PD: With TeleportUnauthedToSpawn if a player enters on the server but doesn't login and then disconnects he will loss his position and the next time he connects he will appear in the spawn. To correct this issue enable "SaveQuitLocation" on the config.-

Thanks for the detailed explanation but my problem is a bit more complicated:
I have 6 worlds. In 5 of them I want to enable TeleportUnAuthedToSpawn, so that players are not left caught in the jumping bug which disables them to use the Chat and Login. On the 6th world I have SurvivalGames so I have to use the ForceSpawnOnTheseWorlds feature, so players don't spawn in the middle of a game.
If Xephi can solve this bug of "TeleportUnAuthedToSpawn must be enabled in some worlds and ForceSpawnOnTheseWorlds should be enabled on other worlds" my problem will also be solved. Right now these 2 issues don't work together.

Posted Aug 7, 2013hi d4rkwarriors and Xephi59, some of the users get wrong password after updating from 2.8 to 2.9 - i think its only the users with long passwords or passwords mixed with numbers and letters - i had to revert back to 2.8 and it fixed the problem - any idea if you can release a fix?

Disable ForceSpawnOnTheseWorlds and enable Teleportunauthedtospawn.
The Forcespawnontheseworlds is intended to force all players to appear in spawn instead on their logout location, it is usseful if you have a game world with a hub. With that option you can force all users in that world to re-spawn in the "game lobby" instead on a game when them login. I use this feature because there are a bug with minigames and survivalgames (If you logout when a game started, then when you login you appear on that game without your "gamer status" as a normal player)
Suggestion: Don't place a /authme spawn if you have inventory separators like multiverse inventories, there is a bug with autme and inventories are transferred between worlds. If you have already placed that spawn delete spawn.yml and make a /authme reload
If you wish to use the Forcespawnontheseworld feature ensure to specify the world/worlds that you like, for example the "Game" world.

Posted Aug 7, 2013I'm using this plugin since more than one year and it worked very well but... this plugin doesn't work correctly with bungeecord. Plugin doesn't capture the real player IP and without this I can't make sessions.
Bungeecord hook is enabled in the config... I need to make a server hub and it is annoying when you are on pve server, switches to hub and you need to login again.

Posted Aug 6, 2013When a user quits the game while jumping or when falling, the next time they login they start to shake. This means they can't open the chat box and login, which leads them to be kicked. Is there somekind of setting so we can get these kind of players out of bug. Like say reset their location to default spawn via web>mysql>minecraft or teleport all players to spawn before login and then teleport them back to their orginal location. (teleportunauthed to spawn doesn't work because I have forcespawnintheseworlds set to soemthing. if I enable teleportunauthed to spawn, all players are teleported to that world upon login and not teleported back.)

Posted Aug 5, 2013So I am trying to convert my file structure to SQL, I used the flatfile to sql command and the auth sql file was created. I imported it ointo my database, authme seems to be connecting to said database, yet it is still asking for player registration. Any suggestions or comments that could get me going on the right track? I would relly appreciate some assistance in this if at all possible?

I use JOOMLA and I create a mySQL View on my Database, because I need to take an extra value from another table.
But when I try to connect a error appear "is not BASE TABLE".
I always use AuthMe and this is the first time that this error appear.
Could you help me?
