AntiCheat
AntiCheat development and support was discontinued September 7th, 2014. The previous page is archived here for reference purposes. Official downloads are still available for use as is the project source code. You must use these at your own risk as I can no longer vouch for their rate of success.
There's a "Reloaded" version of this project which has been updated for the newer versions and is under current development. You should give it a look if you're interested in continuing to use AntiCheat: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/anticheatreloaded/
Thanks to everyone who has supported the AntiCheat project. Recently I have resigned my position as BukkitDev Team Lead and have decided to move on from Bukkit development. Unfortunately, this means that I will no longer be actively working on the AntiCheat source code, and as such I have decided to close the project.
Many thanks to JetBrains who have provided their IntelliJ IDE for development. Thanks to the many contributors to this project who's code helped do good in the community. Thanks to those of you who have provided your support in many different ways to the project: you know who you are, you made my life a lot better and I can't thank you enough for that. I am happy to say that this project has improved people's lives, and I couldn't have ever hoped to say more.

Posted Jul 2, 2012Won't be the most informative post, but the xray statistic logging doesn't appear to be working correctly on my server at the moment. A few days ago it was working fine and I was able to bring up xray stats for one of my users, but today I don't seem to have any statistics for anyone.
Currently the minecraft auth servers are fubar so there's nobody online to help me test it out. When I get some more conclusive results I'll return here to post an update, and make a ticket if it does in fact seem broken.
Loving your plugin so far! I appreciate that you give us the ability to execute our own commands - makes it a lot more flexible and appropriate for all sorts of servers.

Posted Jul 2, 2012I'm finding that this plugin is extremely taxing on my CPU, I'm running the latest release with a R4 version of bukkit. Anyone having a similar problem?

Posted Jun 30, 2012Awhile ago I posted "Goodbye Anticheat" and someone replied saying "goodbye?" I posted that because I have Stargate and it doesnt work with anticheat. I opened a ticket with Anticheat and they said to tell Stargate to add support. Stargate told me that they just change a standard bukkit.something.something to teleport and so I'm leaving Anticheat until Stargate adds support. On the other hand, I will come back soon, because another plugin (Lift 11) just added support for Anticheat.
Edit: I swear, the plugin developer for Stargate is the most stubern person on earth

Posted Jun 30, 2012Permissions aren't working for me. Admins aren't able to fly/speedhack anywhere.
I'm also finding that if you're hit with a knockback weapon or someone sprinting while you're sprinting, sometimes into water, it will bring you back closer to them.

Posted Jun 30, 2012Sorry for posting bugs here, but site for posting bugs is broken ("MySQL Connection FAILED!"). When I connect to my server with AntiCheat 1.3.3 it prints out for me three blank lines. I am op and I don't have any permissions set. It it not major bug, but it is annoying. Other players without op reported this problem too. Thanks!

The percentage will show up as red if AntiCheat finds it abnormal.

Well currently we check if the small sphere around your body contains no entities, because they can push you a bunch, before checking fly, which I thought should fix that but evidently not. I can't really think of a way to viably exploit that; as soon as you get out of immediate range of the entity fly checks startup again.

It really shouldn't be considered a bug. Because the chickens just push you really fast. And also, if you make an exception to that, hackers can use that so they can fly. They fly by sending the server out-of-bed cords or something, since getting out of your bed is really fast They would just turn out-of-bed to whatever except you make.

Posted Jun 28, 2012If you put a whole bunch of chickens in some water in a little hole, sort of like an egg farm (this one was 4x4 with probably 20 chickens or something like that) and you hop in with them your hack level raises pretty fast for moving too quickly. Not sure if that is a bug or not though exactly.

We don't do actual tampering with the NetServerHandler, only statistics. If you want that you ca n use Orebfuscator or whatever along with AntiCheat.

Posted Jun 28, 2012for the next update can you make a no chest finder hack. like if someone uses it there will be a bunch of green boxes in front of them or something like that? idk I'm just brain storming but a lot people use that hack on my server and it gets annoying. and my server is a hunger games/survival games so its like easy for them to find chests.
