Configuration(hard :D):

Open plugins/Info/config.yml
This is configuration file for 1 command (VIP) and reply($1 etc. is color):

General:
how: 1 //How many command
COMMAND1: VIP //Name of first command, next COMMAND2, COMMAND3 etc.
VIP: // Name of first command
text: 'VIP Information:' // Header of message
how: 2 // How many lines in message without header
MESSAGE1: $1Message // First line
MESSAGE2: $11$22$33$44$55$66$77$88$99$00$aa$bb$cc$dd$ee$ff //Second line
TEXT:
enable: enable !
disable: disable !
config: Create configuration file!
reload: $cFile reloaded !

Ok, the config.yml is done, we must edit the plugin.yml...

Open with WinRAR or 7-zip (or another program) file zInfo.jar and extract plugin.yml...
Command, copy "pierwsza" and two lines below...
Paste on the end of file and rename "pierwsza" to name of your command...
Save the file and open archive again i move and drop to the archive plugin.yml...

Done... You must restart the server !!!(If you add the new command. If you only change the message use /pinfo reload).

Permissions:

• Permission for /pinfo reload is info.pinfo
  
• Permissions for all command is info.<name of command>
