ZeusBolt
What this plugin does.
This plugin add a stick to the game, but this is no ordinary stick. This stick strikes lightning on the block you click when you're holding the stick.
Command
The command to toggle the lightning is 'zeusbolt'
Permission
There is two permission nodes for ZeusBolt, one to let the user toggle the plugin and one to let them strike the lightning. The permission node to toggle ZeusBolt is 'zeusbolt.toggle' and the permission node to strike the lightning is 'zeusbolt.allow'
