Zephyrus
Once Sponge is up and running, Zephyrus will be ported over. No support for Zephyrus will be provided for Bukkit 1.8.
Zephyrus is an all in one magic plugin. It has many magical features such as spells, items and enchantments that are meant to be used on survival and RPG servers alike. It supports economies, protection plugins, permissions, and more! It also has an API that allows other developers to create add-ons. The name is pronounced Zef-er-uhs and comes from the Greek god of the West Wind. You can get started via the Getting Started page below.

Updating
Zephyrus uses auto updating which connects to dev.bukkit.org. It can be disabled in the plugins/Zephyrus/config.yml file or in the plugins/Updater/config.yml file.
Metrics
This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system. Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true. The following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org: A unique identifier, the server's version of Java, whether the server is in offline or online mode, the plugin's version, the server's version, the OS version/name and architecture, the core count for the CPU, the number of players online, and the Metrics version

If you are playing on someone else's server it may have been disabled for balance reasons.

If it is just a custom spell class or jar then it goes in the 'Spells' folder inside of the Zephyrus folder in the plugin directory. If it is an entire Bukkit plugin then it would just go in the plugins directory just like any normal plugin.

Posted Nov 24, 2013Hey, First I wanted to say thanks for making such a great magic plugin and making it possible to add custom spells! I made a spell that spawns a baby slime however I'm not sure where to put it.. Do I place the jar in the plugins folder? Or put the jar in the empty spells folder for Zephyrus? Where do custom spells go?

It is a 1.6.4 error, spigot (1.7.2 simulator) fixed this no need to look into this. thanks for replying though (spigot as a 1.7.2 simulator can run 1.6.4 plugins though)

If you are using a 1.7 port of Bukkit (protocol hack) it is not officially supported so I cannot help you. If not then I will look into it.

If you mean worldguard the worldguard flag is allowspells and can be denied. There is no permission that overrides this flag as of yet (but I may add one). If you are talking about regular casting of spells, it is just the permission zephyrus.cast (see permissions page)
